It's a trans individual, NOT a woman. Meaning they were born a man, and chose to identify as something else. Yeah of course there is. Also the correct term is transgender, not transsexual. There's certainly a difference between transgender people and cis flamboyant gay men. Gay men are still men despite their feminine traits. Nikita Dragun is a trans woman.
