even if your a transphobe, surely you can agree that having a menstrual cycle isn’t the only thing that makes you a woman?? I mean , there’s other things that make women, well, women other than the ability to have babies. Right? Looking at you, trans exclusive feminists. Some women don’t have periods for many different reasons, and that doesn’t make them not women.

@@riabose8What do you think 'biologically' means? If a cis woman is born with MRKH syndrome then she is born without a womb and without the ability to have children and this is a genetic syndrome inherited by her parent(s). She is 'biologically' completely unable to menstruate and has no uterus and sometimes does not have a vagina (or the organ is underdeveloped or 'closed'). Is SHE 'not a woman'? Born female, develops breasts naturally in puberty, naturally occurring estrogen in her body...?
@rumplestiltskin8838
@rumplestiltskin8838 4 ай бұрын
@@cakes6537 trans women are just that, trans women, not WOMEN. There’s even a lot of trans people who agree that what they are is not the same as being a natural woman. You lot crave respect and acceptance but degrade and offend real women and then wonder why there’s a war against trans. Be what you want to be put do not bring other people into it or force them to agree with you. People have their own opinions. Can you imagine a trans and Muslim having a conversation? It wouldn’t happen because both parties BELIEVE their own opinions are correct. It’s never going to be widely accepted, maybe tolerated.

Chromosomes and genitals also play a factor 🤷‍♀️ besides, a uterus is an organ found in most woman’s bodies, regardless of not being capable of shedding an egg and having a period. Men are never born with a uterus ever. If you’re born with XY chromosomes and a uterus you’re actually considered to be intersex, and you would be fully in a category of your own

@@LosersxClub no we’re not lmao, I think we understand the concept of gender, but not everybody actually agrees with the new aged concept, gender, used to actually directly correlate to your sex, besides transgender people are in their own category, a trans woman is not just a woman. They are a trans woman, and a trans man is not just a man they’re a trans man. We live in a day and age of such excessive titling. It’s surprising that you guys have the balls to try and lump transgender people in the same category as biologically born people. We have to agree with all the trans ideologies we have to live our lives around them to make them feel safe. Trans Women have ruined women’s sports. Trans Women have taken to the Internet to completely mock woman, biological women are being looked past for tampon endorsements and promotion and instead somebody who has a penis and could never ovulate or have a period is profiting hugely off of tampon companies, we want our spaces back we want tampon companies to recognize people who actually buy them and use those people as ambassadors instead of that Dylan Mulvaney person ?? Women used to be on the back burner compared to men now biological women are on the back burner compared to transgender women…. This is the problem with this overly inclusive bullshit no longer does the world runoff of logic. It’s pure emotion

I’ve had cancer. I can’t have children anymore. I don’t have a period anymore because my uterus is gone. Does that make me less of a female? Of course not. There are plenty of things making us female. Hanging it all on bleeding, birthing etc is just stupidity. Me for one don’t care. If a trans woman has the need to be seen as a woman, I don’t feel threatened in any way. She can’t force anyone to share her view, but we can’t force her to see herself as anything other than she does. I don’t understand why this discussion has gone mental the last couple of years. Someone going on hormones, changing themselves has no impact on anyone else’s day. It is legal in most of the world so they don’t do anything illegal. Just go about your day and forget people you can’t stomach even exist. Don’t use energy on hating other people. Specially regarding things like this. It has no end and there will come no good out of it.

some women have xy chromosomes (swyer syndrome), and pubic bones are not a reliable source of determining sex as archeologists refrain from using them from how ambigious it is, as well as there being evidence of hrt (hormone replacement therapy) affecting bone structure and 2% of the population (more common than being ginger) are intersex which also affects it. that being said, none of these things are good enough reasons to say that sex is binary and unchanging, and not enough to determine on what makes a woman. any argument against trans people is anti-science and excludes your cis and intersex friends too.

As a bi woman born with XX chromosomes and supporting both communities (to a certain degree), the problem I have is when the trans community do not offer the same respect I show them. I'm for equality. NO MATTER the gender - I think there are also biological women (I hate the word cis - it's grammatically incorrect lol) who are pissed at a small few in the transwomen community who do have the hormonal fluctuations (like any pubescent teen experiences) and yet claim they are bleeding and go buying pads/tampons etc. What these transwomen are facing is the general mood swings that accompany a menstrual cycle. However, they DO NOT menstruate/bleed, and neither do they ovulate. They've no use for menstruation products. That's the only bummer for me. Pink taxed items are being wasted. It DOES NOT make them LESS of a woman - I mean, look at Nikki she's amazing! And neither does an XX woman without periods/uterus or have been through their menopause. We don't need to undermine each others' struggles. An XX heterosexual woman (who isn't a trans man obvs) will never understand the struggles of feeling like one has been born in the wrong body. That must be super confusing. It was tough enough for me when I was trying to discover my own sexuality... Yes, of course, there is intersex. However, this is a genetic anomaly. It doesn't make them any less of a woman either!

@@valsonder I suppose it's just that "cis" comes from a Latin word meaning "on the side of" and being that gender IS fluid, saying one is "cisgender" can be seen as offensive as mis-gendering a person. Calling me a cisgender woman doesn't make sense because gender doesn't have a side (wouldn't that be slightly discriminatory)? One can't just look at a visually presenting female nowadays and assume their gender. Various psychologists have put their heads together and defined transgender as encompassing "all identities or practices that cross over, cut across, move between, or otherwise queer socially constructed sex/gender boundaries", including, but not limited to, "transsexuality, heterosexual transvestism, gay drag, butch lesbianism" are just some of the terms. I used to identify as lesbian and to say I was butch is an understatement 😂. I was certainly not cisgender by the terms as suggested above? Can't we just be WOMEN (and for official purposes include with XX/XY chromosomes)? That THEREFORE allows for less discrimination in society, I believe (I might be the only one though 😂). I think it may even help sort the true women with XY chromosomes from the guys who play dress-up for predatory purposes (at least the ones that DO have some accusations and offences against them). Just a suggestion, is all... who knows, truly the ways of the human brain COMPLETELY, though, right? 😊

You can’t go “she can’t have an opinion because of this?” And then go “that’s reality” 1. You contradict yourself when you do that. And 2. She’s wrong and it’s not reality, gender and sex are different. We know more about what gender is than we do about sex and that’s sad. Before you bring up chromosomes, those don’t tell sex because then that would also be contradictory. You cannot win this argument, maybe you could if this argument existed back when chromosomes were considered what made you your sex, but not now.

That is like saying “a blonde woman isn’t a woman, but she’s a blonde woman and that’s okay” if you can’t support and respect it because of religious purposes that is fine, say that. But if you’re trying to go the scientific route you can’t use the argument “I just can’t accept it” because science is against you on this, not against trans people. We know more about gender than we do about sex and that’s fairly disappointing, considering bigots or just uneducated people use outdated science to fuel the argument that trans women can’t be women because outdated science says gender is what’s in your pants and your chromosomes rather than how you, yourself perceives it. No one is saying trans women are cis women, but to say they’re just trans women and not women is like my analogy I used in the beginning.

You're literally the problem. Just because women do not have their periods for various of reasons does not make them less of a woman. Just because a woman cannot conceive doesn't mean she is no longer a woman. She's still very much a woman. Since the beginning of time there have been distinct differences between a man and a woman. Those are literally the only two genders that make up the entire human population. Guess what you need to pro create? A male and female. Unless you are seriously mentally ill and cannot comprehend life itself then you must certainly know that biology is not a farce, nor is it something that we as humans can just make up as we go. It is a genetic makeup inside of us. There are a few exceptions. Such as being born with both genitalia those are unique cases..If people want to identify as the opposite sex, they have every right to. However, to sit here and say that we must accept them as a biological male or female when clearly they are not is when a line is drawn. This is where you guys lose support. @@TheApplianceDirect

So many women don’t get periods though? And as someone in the trans umbrella you should know that the singer was also downplaying gender queer pain. Your being just as simple minded as the people who more than likely shit on you for your gender identity, and I hope you realize that people like you making statements like this while being in our community is genuinely one of the reasons we get so much hate. Please take time to step back and educate yourself and not make uneducated claims. Because you’re simply invalidating yourself in the process. Not every woman experiences the same things and all woman experience different levels. Am I not a woman because even though I was born with a uterus I can’t use it and my period is irregular? And if I’m not then what does that make me? Are my friends who suffer from severe periods the only thing you’ll classify as a woman? I hope not because that means so many people that fall in between my pain and theirs just don’t exist as women to you and I find that to be a sad and discriminatory viewpoint.

You know I don’t understand trans woman who say they can have periods, or say they want them. It’s problematic, but it’s nice to have them on hand if someone else needs one in emergencies ❤️ and I know a lot of trans women do this, and it’s their way of empathising, and connecting with a sisterhood. They aren’t buying them for themselves they are buying them for their friends. I don’t aspire to be a real woman, or have the above, but I know what she said was just for the likes, and to be provocative, and stir emotion in a group of people who are constantly ridiculed by society 💔 people just say this for clout like JK Rowling. She does it as lip service, and clout which she has done since the first Harry Potter book. As a trans woman nearly hitting her 30s I’ve learnt to ignore stuff like this. It’s as nonsensical as Ben Shapiro’s mouth.
