Thank you bro! There are many elements to the landscape that escape popular perception which is usually focused on the busy urban areas. But the countryside and small towns offer some truly scenic vibes!

Very beautiful video summary of Nikko! May I ask if end Nov is still a good time to visit Nikko? I’ll be heading this Nov, and thinking if I should do 2d1n or day trip.

Thank you 😊 This video was shot near the end of October which is usually when the fall foliage is at full bloom. If possible, I would aim for as early in November as you can - the leaves disappear really fast post October. If you’re staying in the town of Nikko only, then a day trip would probably suffice. But if you’re thinking of heading up to Lake Chūzenji (which is by far the most scenic area in the entire prefecture) then maybe it’s worth considering a two day trip instead👍🏼
