Those are stock gen4 Viper ACR Sidewinder 1 wheels. It’s a 1 of 113 Viper Crystal Slate Pearlcoat, a 2006 only year color.

I would just check everything and do the repairs. You can then sell it on with some profit, if you modify it you are eating into your profit. 👍👍

The wheels look great! Those are gen 4 ACR viper wheels: very light for the size. The window is probably a broken window regulator.

The worth value of cars is insurance company prices they put on cars in un wreck value. Goonzsquad has a Porche GT, it takes forever to get parts and when you get one, it's over price. You should be glad you didn't win that Porche GT. You will lose money repairing it.
