I hate this narrative that Nik was healthy back when he was a raw vegan; there's nothing healthy about that. He had an eating disorder and looked underweight. Raw veganism is too restrictive and too low in important staples to keep you healthy. Nik just went from one eating disorder extreme to another

Great video as always. To me, what's saddest about Nick's story is not only are we watching his health decline, but we're watching Orlin's health decline and the relationship between the two decline as well. They both looked so happy in the past.

It's scary how much he's changed over the years. From a healthy, clean living and intelligent young guy into the bloated mess that he is nowadays. You truly have picked the perfect title for this and although people look upon him as being a joke, I hope he sorts himself out before it's too late. Putting all that weight on and eating all that unhealthy shite just for content/money/fame is a sad reflection of the lengths people will go to just for a @#$%in KZfaq channel nowadays. Very sad.

Life happened so I didn't use youtube for a while and when I came back to see what my subscriptions were up to I was confused. I have been vegetarian-> vegan since I was nine-years old. That was decades ago. Vegan Community? What’s with that? I eat what I want and never needed a community to make judgement. I have friends, who’ve known me for years, who don’t know I’m vegan. Know why? Because I quickly, as a little girl, figured out that no one cares what I eat, or don’t eat. I, also, don’t care what they eat, or don’t eat. It’s really all-quite simple. It’s called minding one’s own business, and it’s been working for me for 40+ years. When I go to dinner out, I read the menu before going to restaurant. If I have question about something, I phone ahead the restaurant. I speak of véganism/ vegetarianism ONLY when someone else brings it up, usually asking questions, or wanting my thoughts on getting started. Every vegan reading this: please, take these-two things from my many, many years: Do it for you. NO ONE ELSE CARES.

Nik is just such an interesting person in the beginning of his youtube channel. I can only imagine what his channel could be like if he stuck to that stuff.

can't wait to watch the multiple 1 hour videos nikocado will make after seeing this. I can already imagine the intro (Nikocado waddles and stomps angrily for ten seconds with a laptop in his hands. Then he puts it on his bed and sits down near it.) The very first words he'll say are "Who is this?!"

Arguably the biggest thing that skyrocketed Nik's career wasn't the crying and eating a lot of food, because we had seen those two things before from youtubers. It was the many times he would deny or question why he was gaining weight, amidst the videos of him eating tubs and buckets of fast food. THAT we had never seen before from a youtuber and it was so intriguing to see what his rationale was.

So excited to watch this. Unpopular opinion, I enjoy Nik's satire and his comment section are amusing.

I would have paid him just to listen to him play violin. There were moments in some of his videos when he played, that his true passion and talent showed through. And it was sincerely moving. Now-he’s just sad, and played-out.

Nick had many videos before that “first” video but he either deleted them or made them private. Anyone who knew his Chanel back when he was a vegan knows that he was always clickbating his videos. When he stopped being vegan and started doing mukbangs it was no surprise. He only started these mukbangs because he used to do them as a vegan and got more views. One time he ate something like 50 clif bars at the airport.

This is equally as good as the Amerlynn series!!! Great watch, I always wanted a breakdown like this on Nick.

Nik makes me incredibly sad. He is a broken man. He never got over his childhood trauma. He used to be so handsome and such an incredibly talented violinist with dreams of playing in the pit orchestra of a Broadway show. I know that he was not physically healthy as a vegan either, but his mental health didn't seem to be in such severe decline as it is now. To see him playing the violin so beautifully to now degrading himself with such obnoxious behavior, defecating himself on camera and slapping around his fat belly and making stupid faces.... It's so tragic.

He's always been a food addict...the vegan thing was raw and mostly fruit, which leads to all sorts of deficiencies, so his body was so deprived that once he started fast food mukbangs, it was over. He appears ADHD and probably has borderline personality disorder, which explains his need for attention. He is now over 400 pounds and has a myriad of health problems. He treats it all as a big joke, but the joke is on him once he has a debilitating stroke or (a fatal) heart attack. Truly sad, but it is a slow suicide.
