Those of you who have been following me, might have already listened to my previous compilations consisting of Katatonia and Opeth’s music. This time around, I am proud to present you my latest effort in this trilogy, ‘’The Chosen Pianist’’ - renditions for solo piano of In Flames’ music! I’ve been a fan of this band for a very long time, and I always loved their sense of melody and expression. As per usual, I picked the songs that are some of my personal favorites, but more importantly, I tried to make sure that those are the songs that would sound suitable for a piano, and that would fit well in an hour long concept. I don’t have any sheet music for these, so I apologize to my fellow pianists. Leave a comment, and share it. In Flames we trust!

Nikola Cvetkovic thank you so much for this performance. It means so much to me. My wife of 6 1/2 years just passed away in June and I have been listening to In Flames music as a way to cope with my deep sense of loss and pain at seeing the cancer take away the person who meant most to me in this world. I grew up playing piano and learning in the classical style from my Grandmother. So hearing these songs played so wonderfully by you has completely moved me. Thank you and God bless you.

I'm an OG (Original Göteborg) metal fan. In Flames has been one of my nearest and dearest bands for the past 25 years! This is such a good tribute their music, and amazing that you could so eloquently play their music on piano. It shows really how deep their music really is.

Was first one I heard from him the original video he did is absolutely amazing because of how raw and Human it is . He makes me feel so amazing in his recreations . 35 years I have played music for and the talent that is in this world make a me proud of everyone brave enough to post what they do . This just proves how amazingly well written In Flames' music is. They may not have been the most technical or heavy melodeath band, but they are masters of songwriting. Excellent performance!!

This is completely awesome! Never once did I listen to In Flames and think "what about on a piano?". But now I'm glad this exists, so clean sounding and really captures the hook of each song - they're all instantly recognizable.

Nikola I hope the whole fan base of all the band's you have covered listen to what amazing metal pieces sound like when done through the fingers of an absolute genius . I hope you go far and get the appreciation and respect you deserve for your amazing piano work on covering In Flames in particular who I consider the grandfather's of their jondras of music .
