The man has more game winning blocks in the last 2 years than any person in the NBA. But he understands if it's not at the end of a game, a block is just worse than a defensive rebound. One gives your team the ball, the other gives your team a chance at the ball. So he keeps his feet on the floor and contests a shot while remaining in position for the defensive rebound. Embiid or Giannis will block the initial shot, so they will be out of position to rebound allowing for a put back fron the opponent. Most people will praise Embiid and Giannis for their rim protection, while calling Jokic a bad defender after watching these situations.

Honestly only teams that have a chance vs denver are Lakers, Warriors, Wolves, Bucks and Celtics. 76ers too but there's 0 chance they're getting there. Rest of the teams simply do not have the personel to either guard jokic or at least tire him out.

Mavs, Wolves, Suns, and Celtics have a chance against the Nuggets. Warriors, Lakers, and Bucks would get destroyed by Denver.

The thumbnail photo says it all. The Joker probably has the best, fastest spin, and he's beaten so many excellent defenders with it (particularly AD in the Lakers series last year). Whoever that is defending in the thumbnail is already beaten; he has no chance.

Playoff prediction: GSW is too small, they don't stand a chance. Wolves have KAT injured, they won't stand a chance but they should put up a good fight. OKC has an insane 3P%. like every other team they can only hope to win if they make it rain... When they don't, they lose to the Piston... They won't stand a chance. Suns has great scoring but their defence can't stop the Nuggets' offence. Mavs Luka and Kyrie have been insanely clutch, maybe but their defence is not good at all. The Clippers have some arguments they have good players and a great bench. They can't stop Jokic though... Lakers, if the refs gave them 40 FT maybe. If it's a fair game NO WAY despite AD doing a great defensive work on Jokic. Pelicans have a really interesting team and they might be able to create the surprise against all odds. Kings? Not in a million years. Sabonis can defend Jokic and can't attack him either. Bucks? Maybe, but Dam and Giannis don't work really well together for now Celtics? they have the best odds but overall they are not stronger. Their previous match shows they have no clue how to stop the Nuggets. The other Eastern Team are really unlikely to pass against Boston or the Bucks, Miami might create a surprise again though, we never know! I think only injuries could stop the nuggets (specially on Murray, Gordon or Jokic).

It looks like you got clips of every foul ever called on Jokic. I’ve never heard so many whistles. I watch every game and he doesn’t get calls frequently making this a bit misleading…
