Every person that has seen 20 NBA playoff games in their life would sit Murray and Joker together at the half of->end of the third quarter. Wolves are catching up anyway. Let him rest for a while. Let Braun and Watson hustle, give DJ few minutes, and then go full throttle in 4th. This guy just watched while his team was falling apart.

@@mrfatuchi He is a non factor in this kind of game, but I would even try him, just to let Joker rest for a while. Denver's bench: Braun, Watson, Reggie Jackson. Does that look like a Championship team rotation? Yet they took it to 7 games.

Yeah trade Michael Porter Jr. He is a one trick pony with his 3 point shooting being that trick. Joker needs help inside with the rebounding.

MPJ is painful to watch. I thought they should have traded him years ago. The way the NBA slobbers over 3PT-shooting, they could have gotten value to address defense/playmaking/rebounding by trading a very low-IQ player who makes glaring mistakes on both ends of the floor and has no playmaking ability.

Michael Malone let his ego get the best of him. Glad the Nuggets lost, hopefully they will regroup and try being more humble and clear-eyed about their shortcomings

Yes, ANT guarded Murray in the second half, and held him to 11 after halftime, but he had a terrible shooting game himself. His teammates picked him up on offense. He's great, but he didn't exactly have an MJ game as people are saying, as Murray had over twice as many points as him in a 7th game. What's curious to me is how people seem to be ignoring Caldwell-Pope's horrific effort. He looked like his head was never in the game. And he was out there for 40 minutes.

I mean, yes, the supporting cast of the Nuggets needs to get better if they plan on staying at the top, but those players let themselves down more than anything else. I don't think Jokic looks at them and thinks "you haven't done enough for ME".

Funny how when other superstars have teammates that score single digit averages the entire series, they don't describe it as "His teammates let him down". Prior to the post season everyone was saying Denver had the best starting 5. You don't get to switch up now that they lost because no other team gets to cop to those excuses.

I really dont have a problem with mike Malones comments. He wears it all on his sleeve. When he talked about the national media counting them out, he specifically said that he did not blame them and likely would have too. Match ups in the NBA are key. Its tough when your GM jumps ship and builds a team to beat you.

Great take here. The Nuggets are more talented but they did nothing at all to get contributing players back. Other teams did. Game plan is key when you got little depth. They didnt get that into it this season. It was like they just threw something together last minute.

I believe what we witnessed was a mental collapse. Every time the Nuggets felt like they didnt need to take the T wolves seriously they got smacked. Up 15 at half, they took their foot off the gas and they couldn't turn it back up. @@Weebei

They need to trade MPJ and Murray for some shutter that is constant and some young athletic center who can help to Jokic at least 15min per game…Other thing that I don’t understand is why Jordan is not playing. They should let him make some hard fouls on KAT to move him out of the comfort zone…

Malone should have used R. Jackson much better prior to this series, he was out of shape mentally for this kind of challenge, and he is the only one who got skills for this.

Jokic- 2 for 10, 3 pointers... 3 Turnovers. What if Jokic went 2 for 5 instead for the 3 pointer and scored inside or turned 5 of those 8 missed 3 pointers into assists. Or what if Jokic went 5 for 10 for 9 more points. Team game. Jokic could have done some things differently. If you are gonna take over 35 shots like MJ, and not muscle for your rebound, then get a Dennis Rodman like MJ.

It wasn't his teammates. It was Malone and FO. Sota had THREE bigs to wear him down. Denver has him. What moron wins a title with a 7-8 player rotation, lets 2 players out of that rotation go, and thinks we'll go back 2 back with just our starting lineup. Braun and Watson will both be great addition to this squad in the future (especially at defense and fast breaks. they need to get better at shooting and driving at halfcourt offense), but they are (still) not 6th and 7th player on a Championship team. Reggie Jackson is a bum. DJ can't play at this level no more. To ride Jokic for 47 mins is ridiculous.

Wolves killed old guys like KD and Beal, and dudes like Booker. The pack also killed Jokic without further notice in 2 games, then after 3 games the pack reunited to finish them in the last two games. Now they will feast on another prey: Luka & Co. Celtics will be the last victim at the parquet.

My brother, every player not named Jokic or Murray had 5 points in the second half. I never considered Nuggets a dynasty (the only guys that do are probably nuggets fans and Mike Malone- dame that guy is so annoying lols), but don't act like this one is Jokic's fault when he has a weak supporting cast and no bench. Give him Wade, Bosh, Ray Allen, Shane Battier and a solid PG and I'm sure he wins it this year.

Yeah nugs are trash which means this Minnesota run really isnt very impressive. So far, they've beat a trash suns team and a trash nugs team. Minnesota has definitely had one of the easiest roads to the conf finals in recent memory. This Minnesota run wont be rememberd as much at all seeing they didnt play anyone good.
