My trick is to position the bottom on first, squeeze your eye shut to hold lash in place, then put lash on top until it clicks to bottom, then adjust if you need to. Takes one minute each eye. Seriously, And Nikol, I love you and because of you I have decided to go silver, but I have the patience of a gnat, so I had major silver and smoke highlights with dark brown undertones. Now my gray/silver will grow out without too much pain. Thank you for giving all us older gals the courage.

I’m so glad that I found your channel. Firstly I am closer to 40 than I am 20 and I have struggled with some of the make up tutorials as my skin is no where near as pliable as it used to be and it just reacts completely different to the younger ones. And second I am allergic to lash glue and didn’t even know you can get latex free glue, so I have just bought my first set of magnetic lashes and you make it look so easy. The way you explain it is brilliant how to catch the skin so can adjust down afterwards really really helps.

I think she makes it look so easy!!! I bought the "one lash" years ago when they were like $80!!!! I have the absolute hardest time TRYING to get them on and have never been able to get them on where they look even half way descent!!! I will try your way and see if I have any better luck. You make it look easy. I had my esthetician friend apply it at the salon I work at as a nail tech. And we had so much trouble applying them.

I think you may have just helped me with my magnetic lashes. I have never worn false lashes because I have alway’s been nervous about the glue. I bought magnetic lashes at Target once and never gave them a try. It just seemed complicated but you just made it look do-able. Thank you.

Nikol, I bought these today and played around with them for a couple hours and just couldn't get it right. I think the problem I am having is I have a very strong astigmatism and therefore my eye is very rounded so when I lay them across the top of my lash line, instead of laying across my lash line the ends up here too wing upward and I can't get them to snap together on the ends. Do you have any suggestions? Or are my eyes just not meant to use this type of product?

I just want to say how much I like your look. Most women on youtube are a certain age, and for some reson they think they have to apply so much dark makeup. It just always lookspainted on . I love your hair and your makeup. You look very nice.

It is helpful to put a little mascara on before you put them on so they don't slip. It is also very helpful to curl your real lashes.

I just put a little clear pigment glue by nyx on over my eyeliner and it holds the top strip just a little so I can apply the bottom lash strips

Years ago I was curling my eyelashes and the eyelash curler slipped and ripped almost all of my eyelashes out. They grew back, but VERY short and sparse. Because of this I have been wearing glued-on false eyelashes for about 45 years. My eyelashes are still VERY sparse and short. I tried the magnetic eyelashes and could not get them to stay on - even after applying several cotes of mascara. Any suggestions??

I thought the top deck was for the upper lid lashes and the lower for the bottom lid where I would not want false lashes.I agree with using the longer ends on the inside (then trimming). Can you clarify the opposite lash application? Do you switch the lower lash and put it on top and the upper on the bottom? Or do you use the right lash for the left lash?

Almost a year ago, all my hair suddenly fell out. I was beside myself, but as usual, I said to myself, well Sue, you know you have no hair (inc., brows & lashes), so keep crying or accept it, move on, so I did. Although I have all my lashes back on 1 eye, the other is still bald. So I've given it until now , & enough is enough! I'm going to try the magnetic lashes. I've done a lot of research, & your video is the only one showing the joining of 2 lashes together. Could you please tell me why I might want to go to the fuss of doing that, when I can put just 1 on my top lid & all sorted? I'm wondering what is the benefit is of the 2 together??
