You can see the sheer raw love that Kevin has on his face for this track. How on earth he plays this EXTREMELY DEMANDING TRACK with single strokes is beyond me. Talk about endurance and willpower. \m/

Well the thing with practicing fast drums is it's all about technique, so if you just practice only playing faster you might not be able to go faster at some point with your current technique.

Yup, what grind said.... Balance and technique is EVERYTHING! Practicing all the fundamentals nomatter your experience is very key too. I've been drumming now for 12 years and I'm still working on specific endurance techniques and how to get the most out of as little muscle strain and work possible which is specifically derived from proper balance and form.

Now this is true 'rocket science' taken to unknown lands.. It is the creativity within that makes this drummer shine.. and the light is intense.. In my 53 years of drumming I have never seen anything on this level of mastery.
