Comparison is the thief of joy. Strength and fitness are very personal journeys and it is important to focus on your own one, you compete with yourself and not people on the internet. They are great, like yourselves, for inspiration but people should focus on beating themselves and ensuring tomorrow's you is better than last week's you. Great collab guys.
