In the nook: you should add a table top and a stool that can slide under (so you can still pass through to the bathroom) and use it as a desk or vanity area. Your sink doesn’t have counter space so a vanity area would be good to do your makeup and hair with some counter space.

you could put a shoes organizer in the niche, so you would have them all organized and would be easy to remenber what you have and you can put on! Btw I've missed the NY vlogs and I follow you since you were only a guest on hailey yt channel and you hadn't open yours yet! love from Italy

Congrats on the new space! The closet is looking nice. For the weird nook outside your closet why not get shelving or clear boxes for your shoes? Lots of height you could hand art or decor above it too.
