ಮಸ್ಕಾಯಿ recipe is very famous in the chikkaballapura & Gouribidanur region. Brinjal & potato & tomato along with ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ or ಇತ್ತುಕಿನ ಅವರೆಕಾಯಿ ಮಸ್ಕಾಯ್ is famous in that region. We regularly prepare it.

0r0babaly you like bellulli very much this is nothing but hirekai thovve usually this will prepare in Brahmins house very often my grand mother use to😊 prepare but u have girgotton to add lemon juice for this.. Brahmins never add onion for this rasam better u taste this with them when u are free.
