He's pretty painful for the young fella and the fact he questions the referee is poor behaviour. One can't be critiqued at every moment, otherwise you only become an extension of the other's right hand and so there's no self permitted to work it out and get on with it. No using one's skill. Coaching goes before the day's job at hand. If you know what to do but instead get patronised with commands barked at you the whole time, there's only frustration left and a happy heart in work is never attained. Everything will slip.
