Ingredients & Costing:
Chiffon Cake
2 1/2 cup cake flour - 12.65 pesos
5 tsp baking powder - 1.4 pesos
1/2 tsp salt - 20 centavos
3/4 cup sugar - 7.5 pesos
8 egg yolks - 52 pesos
1/2 cup vegetable oil - 9.36 pesos
1 tsp vanilla - 10 centavos
1/2 cup evaporated milk - 6.56 pesos
1/4 cup water - .06 centavos
Meringue
12 egg whites (galing sa egg yolks ng chiffon at custard)
3/4 tsp cream of tartar - 1pesos
1 cup white sugar - 10 pesos
Custard Frosting
10 egg yolks - 65pesos
1 big can evaporated milk - 26.25
2 tbsp cornstarch - 62 centavos
1 pack or 250ml All purpose Cream - 58 pesos
1 tsp vanilla 10 centavos
4 tbsp unsalted butter - 9 pesos
2 cups Condensed Milk - 72 pesos
Filling
Dulce De Leche - 1/2 Can (bumili lang po ako) - 50pesos
Toppings
Cheese - 38pesos
Packaging
10pcs 750ml microwaveable tub - 60 pesos
Costing: 480 Pesos
Bentahan: 150 to 180 Pesos per tub x 10 tubs
Posibleng Kita: 1,020 to 1,320 Pesos

The BEST version of YEMA CAKE lalo na po yung Chiffon OMG! Kung saan-saang paid tutorial pa ako nagtry nandito lang pala kay Ma’am Nina ang sagot at SOBRANG PERFECT po promise 😍🥰 Natry ko siya netong New Year, PANALO po ang lasa. Hi! I love love all your work! Thank You for inspiring so many people.. I have questions regarding sponge cake, hope you see this and answer me.. so I’m planning to make a sponge cake using llanera. Say I have 10 llanera’s half filled with sponge cake batter in the oven baking and I have more left over batter because I want to make like 20 pcs of sponge cake, can I bake it in different batches? Will the merengue deflate while waiting? I have to wait for the first batch to bake because I have limited number of llanera. Hofe for your response soon. Thank You and be well!
