Ingredients
400 gm asparagus
1/2 onion
1 med size potato
1 med size tomato
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
1/3 tsp panch phoron
(cumin seed, fenugreek seed, mustard seed, ajwain seed, fennel seed)
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp garam masala powder
1/3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin & coriander powder
