100%. It encapsulated so much of what I myself have gotten from the Nine Club. I too have opened up from what I've come to learn was the "old way" of skater thinking (bolts only or doesn't count, no feet on the ground shit, no big wig companies). Crazy! I bought a pair of Nike SBs the other day. This show has done a lot for a lot of people, it continues to do so much for me, at least twice a week! Your episode was a good one too btw Rick, I enjoy it!

Crobs voice is so calming. I listen to the nine club every night to fall asleep. As soon as he says: "Welll, we are back" I'm almost out. However, as I fall asleep to the new episodes first, I do listen to/watch them while I'm at work in the following days. Always dope and I'm still hoping for the guest to be Penny!

Such a crazy thing about Sage in the skateboarding world is that not many people are talking about the fact that...HE IS KILLING IT ON BEATS AND ON RAPS !!! Mostly under the name of NAVY BLUE ( as well as Sage Elsesser sometimes ) He produces for dope underground groups, for"new" hip-hop phenomenons ( like ANKHLEJOHN for example as well as many others ). He has a really special gift and he does things on his own , with his own touch. Shouts from France by the way. Peace out ! B

Chris is a poser. He just got lucky and grew up around some big names. I'm a poser too, but he acts the same way I would around actual skaters. We try super hard to look like we know what we're talking about. He makes vague references until one of the other guys fills in the proper skate spot, or skater, or video name. He doesn't know any videos, he just had friends who were in the industry and he was around while they were skating so he got invited into the van. I love the guests, I just wish Chris would shut up and let everyone else talk about skating that they actually know something about. He didn't even "have time" to watch the LA Times Jeff Grosso video but he mentions how much he misses him... bruh... It's like 11 minutes. You don't take a crap every once in a while? He has the best skater podcast but he's really the worst part of this show. My favorite part was when Dom Deluca basically called him and Jonah Hill out. :P

@@BeauMedas LOL. I can't tell if you're being facetious or genuine but that was funny. Being a poser isn't bad and it doesn't mean you can't skate. It just means you pretend to know more than you actually do about skateboarding. I didn't realize I was a poser until I was skating for almost 20 years. I had Animal Chin shirts and stickers since I was in high school, but barely saw the movie a couple years ago. Then, when people would talk about videos or iconic tricks I would pretend to know what they were talking about, making vague inferences that could apply ANYWHERE. This is what Crob does. I should've just admitted I had no clue what they were talking about and maybe somebody would have shown me. We all remember when he called Wallenberg "Waldenberg" and he acted like he was making a joke. C'mon. And I'll say it again, for what I know is coming. IT'S THE ONLY SKATEBOARDING PODCAST, so I"ll still watch. I was just answering the first guys Question because he brought up the "character" Crob is always trying to play.
