Guys, just wanted to let you know that you are the reason I got a new board when I turned 30 after many years of not having skated. You made me realize that skateboarding has nothing to do with age. When you are in love with something, you shouldn't force yourself to give it up just to please a certain image that the people around you and the society have. I thought I had to "grow up" and that skateboarding would stop me from that. After graduating from university and having worked for five years, I realized that something is missing and that I am not being myself. When I first saw your show, it opened my eyes and I learned that I could lead a "normal life" and keep skateboarding. Even though I am not looking as smooth on the board, it feels great to pick a new setup, look dope in your new skating shoes and keep the spirit going. To everyone out there: Just be you, no matter what. Don't be afraid of being judged for what you love. When it feels right, keep pushing. Much love from Germany.

One episode a while back he said to put your back foot in the back pocket and your front foot in the front pocket and I tried it I swear it totally works. Steezus nailed it, back in the day when you got a new skate video you were so stoked. It was the whole hype behind it, seeing adds in the mags, friends talking about (usually making up stories about some ridiculous trick they heard was gonna be in the video 😂). But that build up to it & the process of going to the shop to get it, which was usually a mission cause there weren't as many ships at least around me & then you had to find out which shop had it in, which was usually another mission! Then when you finally got to the shop & had the physical copy it felt so good to hold that VHS in your hands, then unwrapping it and putting it into the VCR was like the same feeling you got as a kid on Christmas morning, everything was great and all was possible, then hopefully the video didn't disappoint lol!! It just felt more special when a video came out back then & I know you can still by physical copies (sometimes) of new videos but it's just not the same as it was, unfortunately those days are gone! Not saying one way is better than the other cause the technology we have now has made things possible we would have never imagined back in the day & the way anyone can get there self out there and make a name, without having to move to where the "industry" is. There's great things about all the ways we have to get content out but with that you loose some of those little things that made it so special!

Skater techie here, I recommend drop box for business for ya'll. it is so much easier and since it works like a regular folder in your pc/mac and everyone can reach it and edit live.(also saves a copy o the file on their server in case you want to get it back). Thanks for the awesome skate content keeping us entertained!

The little ‘in the pocket’ manual talk was rather insightful and very cool to see. Im sure a lot of us would love it if you guys picked a different trick each week and then gave some tips that could help. You could pull clips of some of the best examples from the years and run a little 5 min segment. Just food for thought. ✌️❤️

I’ve worked as a cook in the USA for 30+ years. The American manager’s reaction to someone being sick is not sending them home but getting them to stay because there is never anyone to cover for them. Of course all the coworkers get sick but that’s how it’s been forever. Maybe things will change now. Also Americans DO NOT get sick pay and vacation pay. That’s something your employer can give you but it’s not a right and more go without than get it. I love this country but it does everything to keep poor people poor

In Canada, we have 37.5 hour work weeks and get 2 weeks sick time on top of at least 3 weeks vacation. I know in a lot of Europe they get 6 weeks vacation.

I think when it comes to manuals and the "pocket" skaters with a lower center of gravity(smaller) use the pocket, because they can get away with a tighter stance when engaged in manuals.

yea I twisted my ankle last july..took two months...rolled my left ankle 2 months ago..took a couple weeks......last week messed up on an impossible, rolled front foot and crushed the side of my foot....taking a while to get better ugh....all 3 injuries in the lakai slip ons ...I love the shoes but damnit LOL...be careful in those things
