There is a brake kit you can buy via Aliexpress or Taobao. but the wheel hub should be sand yourself.If you don't have 3D printer, I can offer you the 3D print part with screw threads installed : )

This process tooks about 3 weeks. the BRAKE base changed from plastic to metal, you can find how I made the metal one and other upgrades on my channel

@@tony1157cn Thanks for the info. Seems like the metal part is not so hard to make once you have the proper tools. My problem is that the disc has some play while rotating maybe due to plastic adapter that is inside the wheel. Also the wheel itself has some play, it's no so criminal - maybe around 1mm, but the disc touches the brake, I can regulate the brake to be more loose and it doesn't touch the disc anymore, but then it is not effective. I am starting to look forward installing a wheel with a drum brake.

@@command_line_channel Well, it costs me a lot of time to sanding the BRAKE and the wheel. Be patient to sanding and regulate then you will get a perfect DISC BRAKE scooter :)

@@tony1157cn Thanks for cheer up :) Sanding part took me almost a whole day. On every youtube video it looks like not some much work, but actually there were a lot of work. "A bit more sanding... try to fit... repeat." After a few days of the ride the disk got straighter by itself. And I made a lot of tunings here and there, watched some videos on how to calibrate a disk brake. It still is not perfect, but gets better by little steps. At least a very nice break performance is possible on ES4 - that is a cool thing to know.

@@command_line_channel Not only the brake, the wheel part is also important. Screw position more precision, the BRAKE more confortable. see another video "how to make a perfect wheel". And the washers, go find some MTB brake washers then you will find that is more easy to fix the gap between the DISC and the BREAK. All of these tips are marked in the video. BTW ES2 and ES4 are some on the rear wheel : ) and I am trying to find another shook to see if it possible to replace it.

yes, i brought a mi 365 clone brake kit and sand a lot. the part that i got from thingiverse i modify the holes and add screw threads.

@@renguangyi7555 目前这个使用的PLA 100%填充，如果有ABS 料的话应该更好。但会有收缩率，模型需要放大一些才好

@@davidliu530 前轮需要拆开前叉的侧挡板，里面有螺丝。立管也要拆掉才能拔掉电机插头那些。具体的视频我没拍，因为暂时没有动到前轮的改动

@@tony1157cn 哥，还有一个问题，车柱下方四颗螺丝老是松动，螺丝都有点拧花了，车把就会一晃一晃的。请问怎么彻底解决这个问题？换螺丝可以吗？换什么型号的螺丝呢？

@@davidliu530 靠近车把这边是M5 *6的沉头，如果老是松动的话还要检查一下内部头管螺纹有没滑丝

我用的tolids，m365的也可以，但都需要自行打磨

I think it's because of the special spacing of the rear fork, only 74mm, and a normal wheel with a drum brake usually has a 100mm+ width. so you need to modify the rear fork to fix the normal wheel or the manufacturer made the 74mm width wheel but has very few customers. so what's your choice if you are the manufacturer?😁
