Замена ниппеля на самокате Ninebot Max с бескамерными воздушными шинами, без снятия колеса и шины с помощью двух самозажимных столярных струбцин и кусочка дерева.
Легко и быстро, не нужно ничего откручивать, отключать и снимать.
С противоположной стороны нужно подложить кусочек дерева, чтобы шина сжималась только с одной стороны.
Для смазки нового ниппеля (чтобы он легко зашел в отверстие) используйте нейтральную для резины смазку - я использовал сантехническую смазку для резинок канализационных труб. )

Just pulled it out with pliers easily. That's why the lubricant is needed. 🤷🏻‍♂ But you are right - this video needs to be more detailed. If (when! 😆) front wheel stem will fail, i will do in depth tutorial.

ребята делайте правильно. нужно сажать нипель не на смазку а на герметик бортовой. потом удленнителем для накачки накрутив на нипель его протянуть и все ок будет.

Well, i was able to do it. I literally removed the tyre, and applied a good big drop of hand-washing soap, and pulled from other side with a wire cutter (because that was the smallest plier like stuff i had lol)

I just replaced mine. Ninebot G30. One year old. I have put air in the tire twice and the valve falls out. Why?

Poor quality valves I guess. Mine lasted 3+ years

When I started to inflate the tire, it's seated back on it's place itself, despite the gap between that tire and the rims. Did you succeeded in the end?

Добрый день еще раз, я, видимо, слишком тупой для этого. Я зажимаю шину, просовываю туда ниппель (предварительно смазав все мылом), но я просто физически не могу заставить его "повернуть" в эту дырку в диске. Есть ли какие-то хитрости, которые я проглядел и которые делают эту замену проще? Заранее спасибо!

0:48 - хитрость такова, что нужно длинным шестигранником или чем-то подобным поймать и направить ниппель. Видите, головка шестигранника вставилась в ниппель, и послужила направляющей. Шестигранник удерживал ниппель у отверстия, а я его просто поставил прямо. В бок уйти он уже не мог, так как его держал шестигранник - единственный возможный путь, который ему оставался - только в отверстие зайти. Посмотрите внимательно с 0:48 - должно все получиться, у меня он прям залетел без усилий. ))

можно ли обойтись без смазки, навредит ли это как-то в будущем?

Смазка нужна чтобы ниппель зашел в отверстие. Без нее он не зайдет скорее всего, и есть риск что вы его вообще порвете, пытаясь протащить в отверстие. Если нет смазки, можно попробовать использовать мыльную воду или жидкое мыло.

Hey, i did this and now there is an air leak on the bottom of the valve, any ideas to fix it ?

Hi! Have no idea. I just pulled my valve with a pliers, and it's locked itself perfectly, with no gaps air can escape. Make sure it's: 1 - right size 2 - installed correctly (pulled out enough so it can lock properly) If it is, try to reinstall, maybe try a new one - they are cheap and quality control is not so good as you might expect. 🤷🏻‍♂ Last resort - try some tire sealant.

Hey while installing it i broke it since i dont have the clamps and held it with my hands and some tools, now i reinstalled a new one and this time i removed the wheel much easier if you dont have clamps and now not a single leak with the new one Btw thx for the answer
