The song name refers to Rashomon by Akutagawa, but I didn't find any parallels between lyrics and story plot.

It's different from Akutagawa's story. It is about the history of Rajomon and Heiankyo. Rashomon was the main gate of Heian-kyo (the ancient capital of Japan in current Kyoto) on the Suzaku-oji Street. The lyrics are Mr. Wajima's interpretation.
