NINH BINH: Vietnam's MOST BEAUTIFUL place? SIGHTS, cruises & temples in 4K

Ninh Binh is the most beautiful holy place in North Vietnam. In this area are the high green peaks of the Christmas Mountains, but also dozens of mystical temples, Buddhas and hidden views. We visit the largest Buddha in the world's largest Buddhist temple complex Bai Dinh. We also look at the valley from Hang Mua, cruise the river at Tam Coc and climb the pagodas of Bich Dong. Somewhere in between, we make the town of Tam Coc unsafe and dance on disco double-deckers! It's another episode packed with adventure!
We make our trip through Vietnam during a one-year trip around the world. We may even continue to travel indefinitely. On New Year's Day we started in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, the Canary Islands. Then you saw us in Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago, Grenada, Bahamas, United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Galapagos Islands, Brazil, Qatar, Thailand and Indonesia. Vietnam is already our eighteenth destination. Follow us on this world tour, first in Hanoi, the rest of North Vietnam and then to many more beautiful destinations! I just got back from 2 weeks in Vietnam. My favourite place was the Tam Coc area. I spent 3 glorious days riding my bike along deserted roads amongst the limestone hills and green rice fields. It was truly the highlight of my trip and I miss it so much😢. Thanks for bringing me back there with your video 😊

You have missed Trang An , Thung Nham and Van Long , the three gorgeous sites you should not skip while visiting Ninh Binh . The King Kong Skull Island movie was filmed there . Bai Dinh pagoda is actually not the biggest one in Vietnam and SEA .There is another one much bigger in Ha Nam province ( about 100 km south of Hanoi ) named Tam Chuc , built by a wealthy Vietnamese businessman , 2 years before the pandemic .

Ninh Binh is great, behind the majesty of Ninh Binh is a proud historical period of Vietnam. In peacetime, Ninh Binh is beautiful, in war this is the place where the Tran dynasty's military officials retreated to defend. thrice defeated the Mongol invaders

Wow! The quality and content of your trip to Ninh Binh was STUNNING!!! Incredible work! Your channel is underrated and deserves so many likes. Glad I stumbled upon your video! On a side note, when traveling between cities, did you pack everything along with you or leave belongings at homestay? Also, what tour service did you use and did it have to be booked far in advance or just when arriving in Ninh Binh?

Hi Vibrant Centella! Thanks for such a nice compliment. Have you checked out other destinations on our channel? We have some more in Vietnam of course too. But I guess you did considering your questions. We had a bus trip arranged from Ha Long Bay, carrying all our stuff with us. After this we just made trips by bike and taxi, booked from the hotel to wherever. We had a big part of our trip arranged in Hanoi, at Friends Travel Vietnam, right in the Old Quarter. The owner happens to be a travel friend I’ve known for years. Are you visiting Vietnam soon?

Hello! I am a resident of Ninh Binh. You can rest assured that you can easily have a bicycle for walking and sightseeing. Ninh Binh has many more beautiful places than that that the channel owner has not visited - Trang An, Van Long (known as Ha Long dry), Thung Nham, Cuc Phuong National Park... Hi RA! At the time we didn’t have any permissions. However I did ask the authorities and the guides in the places we visited and it wasn’t any problem at all. I actually hadn’t even heard of such permits at the time 😝

Hi Mgk22! I didn’t really look into it, but authorities on sight had no problems with me flying my drone. There were several in the air actually 😆👍🏻

Technically, a permit is needed to fly them. However, most people have had no issues flying them all over Vietnam. Just don't try to fly them in military or restricted areas like near airports (e.g. Da Nang). I think your app should show you which areas are restricted. I think "Alright Anton!" flew his in Da Nang and the police talked to him, but let him continue as long as he promised not to fly in restricted areas. LOL

@@doodahgurlie It’s really difficult to have all these apps, different rules and forms that apply in every country. Sometimes I don’t fly my drone because of these rules and you end up seeing other people using drones everywhere without problems. I fly my drone for some six years now and I never fly it close to people or caused any danger or annoyance. Drones these days even have radar warnings and automatically avoid airplanes nearby. Also, local authorities are often not even aware and don’t seem to really care. They even come to make a nice chat and I appreciate this approach better than these hoops they want to make you jump through at governments..
