我的车上都会带着打气筒和备用内胎，为了防止多次爆胎我还带着补胎片因为我曾碰到我的山地车在tmcr轮胎扎钉泄气，当时没有备用内胎但万幸我还有打气筒，每骑一两公里就要为车胎打气😂 一路这样走走停停的顺利回到bedok 关键当时还下着雨，雨天爆胎都让我遇到了🤣

The route is rather different from the 75KM RIR put up by NPark. From what i saw, the group took (1) Seletar North Link to Northshore/Punggol (shortcut 1), (2) Loyang Ave to Changi Village (shortcut 2), (3) Keppel Road to Labrador (shortcut 3) The actual RIR will be slower due to the numerous crossing, detours & speed limits (along certain stretches) on the PCN

Bring along a spare tube and learn to change it yourself. If you ride often, puncture is likely to happen one day.

75KM，tiny island. I did one gear shared bike ride in Beijing 4th ring road for the similar distance.

U did not highlight the section btw yishun dam to rowers bay to pungol promenade is narrow, dusty and quite dangerous for newbies. There are too many big lorries prying that stretch of the road. There aren’t any PCN trails, u need to cycle either on the road or along the drain cover.

The nearest MRT station is Yishun and Canberra. By car: There is no carpark at Sembawang Hot Spring Park and you'd have to head to the nearest carpark at Blk 114 Yishun Ring Road. From Google 😄
