First time baking bread in the Ninja, with mixed results.... possible best to use a wood saw rather than a bread knife!!
If you have favourite bread recipes you'd like to share with me, please do! I would love some bread making ideas.

To convert an oven-cooked recipe to an air-fryer one, Mason's general rule of thumb is to reduce the suggested temperature by 25°F and then cut the cook time by about 20%.

Hi Kerry! Another awesome video! You had me laughing again with the 👍👎 Too funny! 😂 I also love to bake bread - either in a bread machine or a regular oven. Here's a recipe I found online somewhere for air fryer bread. I tried it a couple of weeks ago and I can't believe how great it turned out. So soft & fluffy! Hope you have a great weekend! 💖 2 cups flour 1 tsp active dry yeast 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 3/4 cup or 160ml warm water 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil Mix dry ingredients together, then add water and oil Combine until dough forms (dough will be sticky) Lightly grease sides of the bowl with oil (around the dough ball) Cover bowl with cling wrap and let rest for 1 hour After 1 hour, gently deflate the dough & transfer onto lightly floured surface Form into a ball, sprinkle a bit of flour on top Press dough out into a flat circle (about 30cm wide) Fold and roll from one end to the other (like a narrow jelly roll) Flatten the whole length of the cylinder, then fold and roll again from one narrow end to the other Form into an oval shape Line Ninja drawer with parchment paper and let dough rise in closed drawer for 30 minutes (*Do NOT Start Ninja*) After 30 minutes, cut 2 or 3 slits in the top (brush with egg wash/milk if desired) Air fry at 190C for about 10-12 minutes (check a few minutes early so top doesn't burn) after 1st air fry, flip loaf upside down, remove parchment paper air fry again, bottom side up, for 5-7 minutes (again, check a bit early so it doesn't burn)

Looked lovely. An easy way to get things out of the basket is to roll up some kitchen foil - make it like a wide, flat belt, and slide it under your dish/pan. It will work a treat for inserting and removing your food. Make sure to fold the foil handles down so they don't blow about.

Hi Kerry i wished you lived in Spain and was my neighbour. You are so lovely, and you have so much charisma. Jimmie's lucky having you for his Mum.Lot's of children live on junk food. But you make Jimmy some very tasty home cooked meals. The bread looked a nice texture. I love freshly baked bread. I used to buy the Take and bake loaves years ago. My husband and i would demolish it in one go.😋😋The crispier the crust the more i like it. I buy fresh bread here everyday. They are called barra's here in Spain. Same as a french stick. I just love the crispy nobby ends. That's the best bit. But in a Spanish restaurant you never get the nobby ends they throw them in the bin. I hope you are feeding your cakes brandy.Love all your videos. Thank you Kerry. Lots of love Stay Safe. xxxxxxx Marilyn 💞💖😘🥀💐🌺🌷💜🦋💞🌸🌼

Burnt a few things along the way🥴my eldest will be 30 soon so have been cooking on a budget for sooo long, it's great to share it and find lovely people like you to share it with. When you say nobby ends I say butt end lol, funny how both ways a little naughty🤣 I love the butt end too💕 I am feeding 'chrissy the xmas cake' brandy👍, a bit unsure how often I should feed it🤔I've read countless variations 🥴😅💕 take care Marilyn and thank you for your super lovely comments, they are greatly appreciated 💕💐💕💐💕💐💕💐

Wow Kerry you don't look old enough to have a 30 year old. I have a 50 year old Daughter and a 39 year old Son, and 3 Grandson's aged 2yrs 4yrs and 7yrs.You would love living in Spain as it's a different way of life. It's a more social way of life. Because of the better weather we spend more time outside. Where in the UK come winter you're stuck indoors, and it's dark at 4pm.The Christmas lights in my town Torrevieja were switched on last Friday. Now we have lots of night time parades. Any excuse for a fiesta and fireworks here. Yes I've always called it the nobby end.I've never heard it called the butt end B4. As you say how much brandy do you feed the cakes🤔as you don't want 2 soggy cakes. Did you watch the Butler's tonight?they made some tasty looking cheese straws in thier Ninja tonight. I will be trying them.I fly to the UK on the 12th of Dec to spend Christmas and New Year with my Daughter and Son In Law. I'm so excited. At least you have your Ninja to cook your Christmas dinner in this year.It should make it a lot less stressful for you. Night night Sweet Dreams. Lots of love to you and your family xxx🦋xxx💖💞🌺🌷💐🥀 Marilyn😘🌹🌙⭐🌴🏖️🌅💕💋💋
