I think the mask, pants and katana was a Prime drop at launch. Gloves were from the Celtic woman's story missions. The chest is just the light voidbent. I think I got the bow from the in-game store.

No, they don't all hit the neck. Aim bots snap to points as well. I do have 6k hours strictly on bow though, been playing fps games since the 90s and I was a CoD dev. I aim for headshots because they do more dmg. So... thanks for the compliment.
