Ninja Foodi stuffed chicken breasts are so delicious and easy to make in the Ninja Foodi. These stuffed chicken breasts are huge! and so delicious using your Ninja Foodi. I pack it with a lot of cheese but you can put less cheese if you want. Oh and this cheesy stuffing would be great on a bagel as well but I had no leftovers. So go ahead and make these Ninja Foodi stuffed chicken breasts!

Cheesy Stuffed Chicken
6 oz. cream cheese room temperature
6 slices of bacon chopped
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
4 green onions sliced
3-4 chicken breasts depending on size-pounded to 1/4 inch thick
Salt and pepper for chicken
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup panko
1/2-1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2-3 beaten eggs
1. Sauce bacon until brown in NF, remove place on paper towel.
2. Empty bacon fat out and clean NF bowl. Place back into NF with Tendercrisp basket.
3. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, black pepper and bacon until well combined.
4. Take chicken breast, season each piece with salt and pepper. Spread cheese mixture onto chicken breast. Add as little or as much as you want.
5. Roll up chicken breast, use toothpicks to hold together if needed.
6. Dip chicken breast into egg mixture then coat in bread crumbs.
7. Place in tendercrisp basket. Spray with olive oil or oil of your choice. Close lid. Select air crisp, 375 degrees and set time for 20 minutes. Take a temperature, if 165 degrees then they are done.
You can dip in wing sauce if desired or another sauce that you prefer.

I've made at least 20 recipes in my instant pot, I did this one with my new Duo Crisp and WOW!!!!! My Husband went wild. He said it was the best recipe yet.....please keep it up! Oh and BTW....it is really good with hot sauce!

Beautiful!! I have basically the same recipe but with diced jalapeños instead of green onion. Never thought to use my foodi!!

I must say, your channel is one of the better ones on KZfaq that has a nice selection of Ninja® Foodi™ system recipes. I have just purchased one of these myself and the concoctions one can come up with, with the Ninja® are endless. I just made some coconut crusted bacon wrapped shrimp. Which came out fantastic and the clean up was so simple. THAT in itself, is the best selling point for this product. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. I was just binge watching a few of your episodes. I am not finished...yet 😉

Well I made it. My first time using my foodie as well. They were good albeit a bit dry. I may cut the 20 minutes down a little. I couldn't find my bread crumbs anywhere so I smashed up some saltine crackers. Worked fine.

@@pressurecrisp The chicken was dry ( breasts usually are) I'm sure I overcooked it. I just set it for the 20 minutes and didn't check it (also forgot to flip). I will try it again in a day or two, I still have enough filling to do a couple more so I'm sure it will be better!! Thanks for the great recipes and quick response!!

Thank you so much! It is easy and the filling is versatile, you can stuff chicken, portobello mushrooms, Pillsbury dough or just heat up and use it as a dip. And you can always adjust seasonings-add a little chili for heat if you wanted to. I believe you can take any recipe change a few things to your taste and you've created a new recipe thats suited to your tastes.

I'm thinking Kerplunk, thanks-lol. For the life of me I couldn't remember-lol. This filling is great for a dip-so stringy loved it. I even toasted bagels in the NF then put this on top and broiled-Delicious! Thanks for watching!

Thanks! If I had extra I was going to warm it up and use it for a dip. It was a loose part on the fan, I returned itbujt they didn't have another one. Heading to Sams club later to see if they have any in stock. Wanted one with the dehydrator function then I'll give my other one to my parents. Teaching my father how to use it.

Hi Lisa. How about trying to tie up your chicken parcels with cooks string instead of sticks? Two pieces around and one piece over end to end. Easier to dip in egg/crumb and just put in the Ninja and then cut and remove before serving. Just a thought. 😋 #cooking.with.jules
