Playing with my new Retron5. Here is the intro from the classic Ninja Gaiden for the NES. The Retron5 displays at 720p via my Extremecap U3. I captured the display window at full 1080 60fps via Mirillis Action. All of the Retron5 audio enhancements are turned on for this, along with scanlines (which are very subtle). The result looks and sounds great. More Retron5 videos to come soon.

Me too one of the greatest all time cut scenes in a video game and on the NES I still remember how pumped up it would get me to play then the let down of not being able to hardly make it anywhere in the game and that one scene when you have no idea how to get any farther. I never knew how to advance until I watched an episode of AVGN more than 20 years later.

That's pretty interesting. The only problem with this soundtrack are the tracks are very short and thus have to be looped quite a bit. But as pure musical cues, this is some of my favorite game music.

I know this doesn't seem like anything now, but back in the 90's, this intro was straight hype. This was back in the era of games where you just get a text dump and are just thrown into the game.

If Hayabusa ever joins Smash, the presentation trailer should be a tribute to this cinematic. Hayabusa would face Sheik or Grenija, after crossing the attacks and the opponent fainted, Hayabusa would show his invitation.

The ninja Ryu's dad fights is Bloody Malth, you fight him as a boss late into the game. He's the guy that shoots lightning balls at you.

Мне 22 . У меня евро версия ,но кривая. При взломе китайцы накосячили с кодом игры и на уровнях из-за этого ни одного улучшения(фонарики ,птички ). Есть какие то , 4 штуки за всю игру но они либо в недосягаемой зоне находятся ,либо при их подборе игра виснет вместе с консолью. А одна даёт сюрикены и то они не работают.
