I wish you had a playlist that was "start here..." and it was just every video in the order that makes the most sense to watch them in... Yes, that would be years of med school in one playlist that would take like a year straight to listen to... But wow, it'd be epic.

I was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy with Spastic Diplegia when I was born. I’m now dealing with the complications of scoliosis and hip pain as well as muscle weakness and overcompensating. I didn’t really understand how all of my symptoms were connected until I happened upon your video. I was also not aware that there are medications that are available. Now that I’ve seen this video, I feel so much more informed and better prepared for my upcoming doctors appointment ! I understand my body in a way I never had before and that means so much! I truly thank you 😊

Me too I'm learning about my dysarthria it's more on the flow of words and realizing I have a neurogenic bladder. My vision problems are the only thing that has had treatments not that they worked. My hip and back pain is the main reason for walking difficulty. I was recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy.

I teach Project Lead the Way to 7th graders. One of the projects we do, is we design therapeutic toys for children with CP to help with OT, PT, or ST. This video is perfect for me to refresh myself with prior to teaching this unit. I know 7th graders don't need this much info, but I as the teacher appreciate the depth of this video and how comprehensive it is. Great work on this, and thank you!

Great Videos and a nice overall view, as I am writing my doctoral thesis in this field. Maybe a little addition: kernikterus is often seen in prematures neos because the liver is not able to metabolise the amount of bilirubin that is accumallting by the natural lysis of erys (change of heamoglobin structures, that needs to occure when the body is exposed to the enviroment - O2 binding properties have to change). Thats why we often see hyperbilirubinamy at ICUs,. in premature neos.

as a 58 y/old male with 'complicated' CP since birth (and an I.Q. of 140), Diazepam is the ONLY drug that reduces my spasticity to a level where I can function within society (walk, talk, dress, drive, interact, lecture, etc) whilst being able to think clearly. However, thanks to federal/state govt. gross overreach, accessing the drug is becoming significantly more difficult !!!
