You were recommended to me by a friend, and as such I've only just begun to watch your videos. I subscribed about ten minutes into the first one. I'm now about 6 videos in, and I honestly can't wait to see everything else you've posted. (I'll get there!) You have a gift for taking messy, complex processes and explaining them in a way that's easy to understand. I have never been a fan of biochem, but you just might be changing my mind. Quick comment -- (great video btw) Alpha 1,4 glycosidic bonds will be formed below the plane of the molecule (OH group pointing down)! other than that, great explanation!
