Sterling needs to be on a team with players undebatably better than him, he doesn’t rate anyone in this team. Very different on Man City and Liverpool when playing third and fourth priority to Aguero, KDB, Silva, Suarez, Sturridge, Gerrard. Course he’s gonna pull rank in this team.

Now I see the difference between good and bad players. We all thought Lukaku was terrible but it was his teammates that were horrifically selfish. Look at Eden Hazard. He was probably the most unselfish man in Chelsea and look where that got him, world class status. These players (specifically Sterling) need to fix up because this is what’s costing us top 4 places every season.

You're exactly right. Some of the players pointed as to having been in better scoring position in the video were actually offside or in difficult positions to pass to. But Sterling's were all on him. Very selfish

This video proves why Chelsea have been horrible lately. The whole team are selfish they think they’re the next Messi. I just think that the individual players aren’t bad but the chemistry is nonexistent and that’s why they struggle. Everyone tries to score and make their stats look better instead of playing like a team.

Sterling, Mount & Havertz are major culprits. 2 are out of the club One more to leave. I remember how so many times Lukaku kept making good runs but none of his teammates gave him the ball. This explains why Chelsea have lost so many cup finals consecutively. There are so many individuals in the team who wants to have their name on the headlines instead of focusing on the team and playing for each other. Unless this is sorted out in the club Chelsea will continue to linger in the midtable regardless of the talent within the club.

Don't know about the rest of the players in this video, but with Sterling being the highest scoring winger from open play in Premier League history with over 3 seasons of his career still to play, anyone arguing with his decisions or criticising him is racist, brainwashed by a racist media or needs their heads examined. The goal stats from open play show there is no winger that has made better decisions than he has in open play. And his assist stats as a winger are right up there with the best in Premier League history too. Peace and love
