While 70m may be abit too much, I still think Chelsea should not just 'consider' him, but go for him. Afterall he has plenty of PL experience, so wouldn't need to adjust or get used to English football like Chelsea's other targets such as Kimbebe or Skriniar. He would hit the ground running from day 1. This would put him at a massive advantage over the other players I mentioned. Chelsea could offer 60m to Leicester for him, and if they reject this, Chelsea should say '65m.....final offer'. I think Leicester would accept this figure. It may be 5m below their valuation of him, but they're much more likely to say yes. Any lower than 65 and they wouldn't.
