POTATO CHURROS:
- 400g Potato
(じゃがいも)
- Water
(水)
- Medium heat 15 minutes
(中火 15分)
- 50ml Water
(水)
- 40g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 100g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- Low heat 3 minutes
(弱火 3分)
- 1 Egg
(卵)
- High heat 3 minutes
(強火3分)
SPICY CHEESE SAUCE:
- 20g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 5g Flour
(中力粉)
- 100ml Milk
(牛乳)
- 1/2Tsp Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
- 1Tsp Chilli powder
(チリパウダー)
- 2 Cheese slices
(スライスチーズ)
Potato Snack, Potato Chips, Potato cheese, french fries, potato stick

I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. 1. Just ignore all the people asking you to roast them in subtitles. It's a fun bonus, but only do it if you feel like it, not because people keep asking for it. This is your channel, do what make you happy. (I am ready for all the dislikes) 2. I wonder if using a potato ricer will work the same as the mesh, or how that will change the texture?

Hmmm, about your second question...I think using the mesh may save time in getting the required "finer" texture as opposed to using a ricer? It's definitely a good question.

I've made a few things what I've learned here, mostly pastries. Obviously as a male individual living on his own, I'm often questioned where and how I learned to cook.
