Hello, I bought a New 2ds XL yesterday and was wondering about if it has been used before, it didnt ask from me to set it up after I first turned it on. And the User name was "y" and the region was picked for Albenia or something like that. When I went to change it it said it had "Parental control" Which brought me to this video. I handled everything for now from what it looks like, I just wanna know what to assume since I bought this from a store.

it keeps telling me the master key is incorrent, the 3ds i have belonged to my sister who is nolonger with us, my brother spent months trying to crack it every way and couldent do it. he already had a 3ds so he passed it along to me. any thoughts? (the serial number was peeled off so i cant use the "official" method)
