CPUs actually are more efficient in movement and reading beyond human ability. It's the exact same with the ARMS' cpus at high difficulty. It's pretty frustrating.

What's going on with the blocking is that while matt is holding the sword perpendicular to you, he is moving at the last second and swinging across rather than down. Its a technique I've used before in-game

Go to 7:20 and set playback speed to 0.25x, Matt’s sword moves so fast in those few frames that it looks like the sword itself is in regular playback speed. Matt is a god
