In this video, I will run a few games through a Nintendo Game Boy Color that has been in storage for many years. Many of you remember this hand held game system being unpacked in one of my Storage Box Videos • Storage Box 3 - ASMR and have shown a great deal of interest in seeing it in more detail. Well, I finally finished it and hope you enjoy it.

This video was produced with relaxation in mind and hopefully has some ASMR qualities. Stress is harmful to your well-being and in today's fast-passed world, stress relief is more important than ever, and so I hope this video in some way acts as a stress-reliever for those watching as well as a sleep-aid for anyone having a difficult time going to sleep.

You're just like a fun uncle. You take joy in simple pastimes like drawing, writing, and even repairing your aquarium, but you collect toys, board games, video ahems, models, and everything that pops into your head becomes an idea to make others happy. If there were more people like you, the world would be a haven :)

Hey, I'm a subscriber of yours and have been watching your videos for a while now. I stumbled upon your channel when searching for ASMR videos and even though there are many other good ASMR channels out there yours is by far my favourite. Your videos are always so interesting and informative but what i like the most is how personal they are. All the items you speak of tell a story which links to a part of your life and you story tell so well. You have an excellent collection of all kinds of interesting trinkets and I admire how you clearly take great care of it all, its nice to see someone take pride in what they have. Alot of these gameboy games had a certain charm to them, and required you to learn how to play them instead of holding your hand the whole way through. I feel like today's video games are far too easy and I never get the sense of reward like back in the day.

That was because they were all simple games, that you get bored with within 20 minutes. Nowadays, games are so much more than a cheep challenge.

Great vídeo, but i was really sad when you said that it may never see the light of day again. It's such a great portable console, you should give it to someone that would enjoy if you don't want it. Anyways, great vídeo, as always thank you for all your efforts ;)

Super Mario Land!! My all time favorite! Used to play it on my classic Gameboy, and now I play it on my smartphone using an emulator! God, I love that game

At 3:19 the text says that it is Super Mario Land, a repeat from the game and text at 2:50. The game at 3:19 is not Super Mario Land but Dr. Mario. A great video, your voice always relaxes me

Wow this brings back alot of memories, my parent bought me almost all those old models of the Game Boy. Just a shame they ditched the franchise name and evolved the SP into the DS.

Quite a few times you were close to figuring out Dr. Mario! (so many times!) If I remember correctly, you need 5 of the same color stacked either vertically or horizontally to eliminate the stack. Please do more of these! I'd love to see how you progress. Also, you can kill monsters in Mario by jumping on them.

I found my big gameboy from the late 80s. Still works but there's a horizontal line of dead pixels (which cropped up so long ago I barely notice it)

Don't be too harsh on yourself about Super Mario Land. I'd like to think I'm rather good at videogames such as that, and I personally find it very difficult. There are much newer and more forgiving alternatives if you ever feel the desire to play something similar in the future!

Love your voice, just love it :D I still have my son's Gameboy Color (blue) and mine (lime green), his GB Advance, a silver GB Advance Special Ed and then we started on the DS :D I still have the original DS and a DSI XL in brown, looks like a slab of chocolate. Son no longer plays, but I still do. Planning to get a 3DSI XL soon. Pokémon games feature largely for me, with Mario Kart coming in second.

I am a Nursing Student and often try to find creative ways to learn study material. I am as much prone to learning subjects by listening as I am by writing. I am not sure of your background or professional life, but I find your video's to be creative and intelligent. I am assuming you take responsibility for your health and have sufficient knowledge (or maybe advanced considering your possible careers) on anatomy/physiology and pathology. Perhaps you can make a video talking about a disease or drug treatment or any thing that interests you...that would be original and very interesting. Please consider, Thank you Sir
