Nintendo going after NSFW content will cause a boomerang effect, and especially in the US, drawn illustrations that fans create for themselves are protected by fair use. If Nintendo DOES take action against NSFW content, this will cause the biggest backlash in the entire internet, even to the point that it would ruin their reputation.
