Wow, just incredible! I have a question unrelated to this shader, if you don't mind. Whenever I switch from 4K to 1080p for the NES shader, there seems to be no visual difference whatsoever. Is this a mistake or am I going crazy?

i really love sameboy for the reason you can have SGB borders and GBC colors , even a lot gbc ports that don´t say anything about the SGB have borders ...but some features like the popping colors from donkey kong on the sgb (looks better as on the GBC) and improved sound samples (pauliines help ) are still missing so far i know but they work on mesen-s . if you use mesen-s google for SGB Settings Editor this tool allows you to save custom palletes , borders and swap the button layout of the SGB1 or 2 bios it loads at start ....so no need to change it everytime :) i modded the sgb1 borders into the sgb2 this way

What would be the best shader if I just want a one and done shader that looks like you plugged a console into a consumer Sony Trinitron CRT with an RGB Scart or Component cable? I don't want any signal degradation effects, I just want the high quality CRT with RGB look that we had in Europe. Is there something like that available? How come the music for Animaniacs doesn't play? I get that the Super Game Boy is meant to be hooked up to the Super Nintendo, but is there a fix for this issue in SameBoy?

I think CRT filter is not the way to go if you want to use the “native console”, what we need is a screen emulator(filter) for them, which emulates that particularly screen, ranging from gb, gbc, gba, GbaSp. Hell i love the look of the og psp screen as wel. Also, this does looks nice tbg, but limited to super gameboy.

Just when you thought you couldn’t get anymore shaders, BOOM! Retro Crisis comes and destroys all remaining pixels 😂 I mean shaders even for GameBoy, you are claiming your crown on the throne! Next you will be giving us a shader for daily life! Remarkable achievement 👏 I loved the way Jurassic Park looked even though it’s probably the most visually bland game on the showcase. You can even make Tetris look better!
