Pro tip, L2 makes an amazing crouch button if you move aim to right sick or left depending on if you use auto run.

@@iamdarrenmccray I changed mine to 4/2 but 3/3 seems to work well too! You don't have problem aiming at people at long range with 3/3? I always over shoot

@@ChouChouFish well since it’s on switch with low frames and etc i try to avoid the long range/mid range as much as possible til my aim gets better. But i am able to hit mid range shots semi consistently at the moment

@@ChouChouFish haha yea 3/3 is the lowest I would go then as you get used to it adjust from there. 3/3 should be able to keep up with pretty much everyone for the most part

While I love to use a direction to the net... sharing with a whole house hold makes that harder. Especially when the ether cable doesn't split and reach across a whole trailer. >,< *sighs* Well, at least the control settings might help I hope. Nice video.

@@atom5106 hmmmm I havent played on the switch in a while. Try turning off the other controls such as motion controls and etc and see if that unlocks. Its likely something that you have on thats blocking it.

There is one difficulty with the settings I have to get used to where aiming abilities is a little harder

Yes we’re definitely gonna need a fix for that soon as well but it hasn’t given me any issues honestly but this may depend on the character your playing as well. A legend with throwable abilities will likely need a swap maybe. I was playing bang though and it was working fine for me.

By you being on a joy-con controller in the settings on controller why is my advanced look controls on joy con, it messes with my gameplay

@@iamdarrenmccray when my Nintendo switch is plugged to the tv, I use joy con controls, and whenever I move my controller it makes my camera move, which is why it’s hard to shoot someone

@@jr1691 ohhhhhhhh you can turn that off in your settings. Look for motion controls in the controller settings and you can turn that right off! Then you8 can only use the thumbsticks and buttons :-)

I have tested it the best internet settings Is 5G w 1500 MTU the nic for the Ethernet on the adapter/OLED dock is an outdated chip that caps at 20mbs while 5g can give you up to 50 mbs dw/35 upload nearly 180% increase on connection

Oh no sir. You're on Switch now. Motion controls are required. The problem I'm having with Apex as a motion control player is they won't allow us to turn off Aim Assist which makes motion controls less accurate. Motion controls is for high precision. If you're not used to it, I would recommend using it for ADS only. So you can get the precision.

@@iamdarrenmccray It's a weird mix between easy and hard. It's hard because the precision depends on how good your wrist is, easy because if you want to aim at something you just move your wrist. And with the pro controller you have the form of a traditional controller with the advantage of the precision of motion controls. Now I'm an old skool Wiimote motion gamer. So I'm well adjusted to using it. For you it would take a bit just to get your head around it. But the Switch community is very helpful when it comes to helping people out with their settings so just ask around. When we figure this game out, the best players will be motion control players. Especially if they take off Aim Assist, it's a wrap.

Motion controls are the way to go you can almost get it to were your playing with a mouse but you need to use a joycon in each hand. Look motion sens 3.2 Look horizontal 4.0 Look vertical 4.0 Aim down sights 2.0 Have a olay and tell me what you think ive only been playing in the firing zone but seems way better i can actually hit my targets
