This build is fully capable of dunking all over Dream of the Nioh and Underworld as well. If you have 3rd DLC I'd suggest swapping to the Baku guardian spirit and changing one of your soul cores out for Nightmare Bringer. Baku & Nightmare Bringer are both direct upgrades to this build and make it even more ridiculous.

Stupid question I think but could you run with transform bonus constitution instead of courage? I ask because I have never been able to get a transform bonus courage but I have a transform bonus constitution.

This is by far my all time favorite build that I have ever played in any nioh season, and I loved my ultimate susano build in the original nioh.

For people struggling with farming: just do everything in every mission on wise. Doing twilight? Don't speed run on wise, fight everything, find every chest, etc. Doing that, I had almost every piece, for every build, all with ideal stars. The only thing difficult to get is ranged weapons, everything else is easy af to get, IF you do everything

@@dadapperotter995 you have to do dlc on wise to get good chances of yasakani drops, for those sets. Just like how you can get a yasa on samurai, but only in dlc; same thing for getting one for those sets. Picture scrolls could've worked back when I posted this, but are unlikely to be reliable now

Decided to beat otakemaru by using every buff I had + scampuss spam to barely beat him and the first dotn side mission got me like 20 levels and better gear than what I had in wise. As soon as I got a versatility set I had zero reason to stay in wise

Gotta be his best opening so far. Love how cowboy just cuts to in depth after 7 seconds of destroying a boss followed by 3 seconds of just erasing said boss.

Been making my way through wise with a Taira+Soul Core+Sanctity build. Love the new wise content but glad you dropped this build. Need to farm the texts for the fists but I pretty much have the pieces to make this. Great video.

Thanks for your hard work on your videos. I’m glad they adjusted the RNG a little bit and added the lucky drop along with soul matching for rarity and graces. While it’ll still take time to get the stuff we want they did make it slightly easier.

I managed to get the items for this build surprisingly quickly with little hassle. It is a great build. I also like versatility dancer Susano build but it is far more dependant on skill. Thanks for the build.

Same, really satisfied with the update. For DLC 1 I was disappointed because so much of it was simply old levels and very less new stuff, but this DLC 2 is CONTENT, and it shows polish too

I tried it and its so perfect!!! Just like what i want. my grapple damage hit 22k to 40k...!! Before that i only hit 10k of grapple damage.

Ooooooh nice build! I already have a “set” of Veteran’s armor (courtesy of being in end-end game/Underworld depths) with Susano so this should be easy to craft. I also have a bunch of Tsuchigumo claws and “Transform Courage” on white inheritables saved for this specific purpose. The only thing I’m sort of missing is claws with the “Attack Bonus A+" with the stat I want. I’ll have to farm a little more, but otherwise I can get started on this build right away.

Im hijacking this I just now realize you have BOTH the courage and Constitutoin scroll. I love my consti scroll but courage as well my god thats lucky. The courage ki regen is just absurdly strong. Sentient charge is the most important stat to roll in on scrolls if your running this set. So back to scroll farming didnt even know that combination was possible.

This is great. Trying to build to this. Just missing a Yasakani with either Susano or Magahitsu. So I'm running it with corruption grace and Taira no Kagekiyo 3 piece for the 30% grapple bonus. Hits pretty hard as well.

Awesome build! Put it together although lacking juicy star rolls on my accessories but got one sentience charge so with 300+% sentience I'm flying through the content. Very consistent, great damage and not too squishy which is the reason that I'm picking this over hayabusa+susano. Looking forward to what you come up with in DotN.

Wow, insane build. After watching Cowboy's stream in Ghost of Tsushima, I thought he is going to work on Death Dancer Build and started to pre-farm the grace and got a nice purity fists with mystic dyad. It does work pretty good but nowhere compared to this

whats the total amount of melee damage vs corrupted the build reaches? Counting the sentience active. Im currently working towards a saturation/poison mix with susano. and on paper i can reach 71% vs saturated and 61% vs poisoned enemies wanted to know how it would compare damage wise even tho mine would be less effective as there are either water or poison immune enemies.

I been using the 3 piece grace of Takemikazuchi for the ki damage enemy electrified. It only takes a few hits and it will destroy ki so you can grapple. Also using Nue, Lightning Gods of Yomi, and Shin Roku. Probably not the best but worth mentioning. Want to do this build but it will take some time.

How do you get your sentience to such a low level? I am referring to the fists @ 2:49. I've been looking into some corrupt weapons from others and see that it's low which is something that I don't understand.

I went for a similar build. I'm using susano and the imperial ward grace with the dual swords and katana. For purification and I like the new accessories soul core box.

I have a susano tsukuyomi build for my Switchglaive / Splitstaff build. Was thinking of switching out staff for claws, since I have a magic transform transferable lying around. What do you think? I love the fluid combos, but will it stand up against dragon dance? Ps. thanks for showing me how nuts gozuki can be FC, gonna try to fit him in my build now, probably in place of kasha (I’ll miss my beyblade) .

How did you get the ranged weapon.. I've farmed for like 2 weeks and only gotten 1 single magatsuhi ranged weapon.. Its actually a liberty how I cannot get a second magatsuhi ranged...

@@ryanwatterson4038 I went into the mission called "The Search" in the first region and traded a weapon with all 4 of the Sudamas until I got either a Susano or Magatsuhi's grace ranged weapon (did that for my melee weapons and armors too). If you don't get what you want, then leave the mission, go back in, trade with the 4 Sudamas, repeat until you get what you want. Took me a long while, but eventually I got it. It mainly took a long time because Sudamas will either give you a melee weapon or ranged, so like if you give it a ranged, it won't just give a ranged back, it might be a melee. So It'll probably take you some time as well. Idk if you already have accessories with the graces, but in case you don't, then you can save scum with the stone of penance. It's what I did to get one of the graces on my yasakani (after realizing I could do that instead of farm for them lol).

@@ryanwatterson4038 you can also just use one ranged of each grace. If you are running 2 graces, it's easy to just use one ranged of each. Also, I recommend using a gun if possible. Use grace inheritance if you can. Wish you luck, hope you've got it by now

Currently making this build but with tonfas. Only missing susano grace on a ranged weapon and I have been rerolling gozuki cores for over an hour trying to get one with sentience charge. Even being incomplete it's great and I can't wait to try it with versatility once I finally get that last grace

I use royal tonfas with imbue corruption. (Let’s me still get atk bonus courage) You can hit two guaranteed range weapon drops at the beginning of the sun sets on mount Tenmo mission (under 1st walkway, then drop down at bridge)

Well, I managed to get 7/6 Mag/Sus graces and have can have 292.1 sentience charge. Sadly, I have yet to get a transform bonus on my claws. Looking forward to finally getting one of those and I can really get things rollin

Cant wait to try this one out, I'm in region 2 of wise using your Benz build which I added poison (melee vs poison on both accessories+plus poison helmet) on to make it shred even more. This is going to be good, and I got most of the parts already.

As a casual player, my favourite part of the fists is just punting people across a room with the square combo finisher Heavy and Medium have. You can use it against Yoshitatsu even when they're in they're in demons state and just launch them across the stage. It's interesting to see just what the fists can do in a proper build though.

Amazing build, getting the acessory weith the correct rolls are hard tho. Question would nionight be an upgrade over susano? i mean we dealing a lot of ki damage i wonder if would work well?

Susano + Ninigi is fine but you shouldn't replace Susano with Ninigi.

Corrupted weapons can inherit bonuses from soul cores, so can bonuses like Sentience Charge or Anima Charge Bonus (Amrita Gauge) be inherited onto your weapon? I can't seem to find any info online about which soul core effects can roll as inheritable.

They’re called graces and they get rolled onto gear drops randomly so it allows non-set items to have set bonuses. You won’t get these until NG+3 so I wouldn’t worry about it right now.

This video should come with a disclaimer, it's not the sentience charge that is key it is the courage transform on corrupted claw and ultimate courage that holds this build together an extremely farm heavy build! Trash without unlimited ki

As far as just pure survivability goes wouldn't having a few instances of life on amrita absorption + Toyotomi clan be better than Honda? Especially because armirta absorption is always active in melee combat, but the damange halved % from Honda only applies to taking a hit at full health. If I'm wrong somebody let me know because I'm trying to decide and right now I have Toyo plus amrita absorb on the chest piece and I can't image Honda would be better at keeping me alive.
