The fact that he conversed with Nip, got food, ate the food and came back was enough for me to know that he had it all planned out! He displayed the mens rea and actus rea and he was lying in wait. When a person engages in lying in wait, as Holder did, he had murder in mind in a premeditated way. Holder sought to gain an advantage to attack Nipsey Hussle with sufficient force by use of that firearm resulting in Nipsey losing his life. I also believe there were other key players involved in this conspiracy to murder Nipsey.
