Govt. officials right from Tehsildar , Revenue department officials, Registration Dept. officials and the officials of CMDA who have given the approval should be dismissed and a criminal case should be registered against these officials because knowingly did the crime. It is not by mistake and unknown. Anaadheenam land can be managed and given to landless people by the District Collector only. It is very shame on the part of Govt. of Tamilnadu

Even if the flat owners had done a background verification(before buying) by shelling out some money,..there was little or no way flat owners would got the correct details, because the culprit is, the Thahasildar of that time, who had created an illegal patta for this land. So flat owners cannot be blamed because the TRUE facts about this land and it's origin on papers is buried below the illegal patta provided by the Thahasildar of that time...and only a careful and indepth digging into this case would have spilled the beans regarding the status quo of this ANNAADHEENAM Land parcel.

One thing what we need to understand is,..when a manipulation of this nature happens it is done in a way that it's is foolproof from the manipulators side,..only once the scam comes out then whatever got hold, remained dormant and elusive (like A or B register) is given a serious look...we have just hit the tip of the iceberg with this case...I suppose more is in the offing (god forbid) to give more meaty feast for Advocates.

First of all these people won't cast their votes during the election. They are expecting from the Government all facilities without any demand. In our country, there are so many lapses in the system. In Tamil Nadu, most of the real estate activities are given to private parties. Govt is collecting its revenue through real estate activities through 1.Registration Charges, 2. GST, 3. Various approval charges (included in the flat cost) etc etc. In return, no advices from the Govt inspite of receiving so many taxes and charges. Therefore, these kind of people should cast their votes to the good political party and maintain their right through casting of votes wth out fail. G
