@@AmitabhTripathii I am completely opposed to free things except education. Taxes can be imposed as per requirement. Issues are 1. unreasonable law Eg. Int and tax collected in name of MSME (delay payment to MSME 45day and 180 days) should be give back to MSME welfare fund 2. Sale in transit is considered as not involve supply of goods even though applicable tax has been paid by each supplier in the chain (SC acknowledge constructive delivery still no SOP issued till date). 3. More than 15 years old paid taxes demand raising again. Where physical TDS certificate exist and need to submit physically. 4. GST matching concept where for every mismatch tax, int, penalty collecting from both person for 1 supply. There are so many issues in Law and corruption I am not able to explain in this single comment

It's ironic that the government doesn't provide pensions to the private sector but deducts a substantial amount of taxes, for me 1 lakh monthly tax, compared to the 15k PF deduction. Ideally, it should be the other way around, with the government providing a safety net for private sector employees. This disparity highlights the need for a more equitable system, where private sector employees receive the benefits they deserve. It's crucial to reexamine the current taxation and benefits structure to ensure a fairer deal for those in the private sector. 30% income tax + GST 18% on spend is 48% tax for salaried which is highly unfare.
