You’re covered in security I won’t let it bother me Waiting for the same to fall Living all my time alone Dreaming outside And I got this dream Where I have a girl like you I’ll go outta my way to bring you a deal I’ll wet my bed I’ll wear high heels I’ll go outta my way to prove I still Smell him on you She’s waiting for a fame to rise Everything a similar time Waiting to fly to Rome Never, never undercover Dreaming outside And I got this dream Where I have a girl like you I’ll go outta my way to bring you a deal I’ll wet my bed I’ll wear high heels I’ll go outta my way to prove I still Smell him on you

Kurt was a fun guy, a sad guy, a high guy, a mood guy. He was basically the joker just nicer and didn't kill people.

the point of what i said was that the demos have a really good sound that is totally drowned out in the industrial production

Awesome collection of photos from old to new, always wished they played Lounge Act more, because it's such a wicked good song, especially when Kurt gives it his all and screams (beautifully) on the last verses and or chorus. Thanks for putting all the lesser seen photos together with this early version. I was born in Aberdeen and grew up in Montesano where Kurt went to live with his father after the divorce, went to the same school as Kurt, just about eight years after he did and my dad Donald, actually went to school with Kurts dad Donald.

I'm pretty sure this is one of butchs scratch vocal tracks. Nirvana recorded a foundationary track first all together and Kurt used to the talk back mic in these and would mumble and not strain much. Kinda like Old Age and Verse Chorus Verse. Theyre all on talk back scratch vocals and he didn't record the vocals with the plan to have that track be audible in the final version, but a different one..

Right at 8 seconds you can see Dave with his Mex-Econos hat man good days back then.. he bought a house on the outer banks of NC and would come to mexeconos and just hang out an chill with us and with his sister Lisa as well.. one thing I will say about Grohl he is one cool 😎 cat and down to earth and acts like a normal guy especially back then in the nirvana days.. wish he still lived here but hey got married had kids and has his own studio now so KUDOS to Dave

Most times that they played Lounge act live they used the demo's style of no distortion in the guitar until the final verse and chorus, whereas the studio release just had the distortion on the whole time.
@kurtcobain83169 ай бұрын
studio does not have it the whole time.. its exactly like this.
@kingmaghnus8 ай бұрын
@@kurtcobain8316 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gsldratyzeCuYmw.html It's not a clean tone, the final verse and chorus of the studio has more gain then the first part of the song but the first part is still distorted in the studio version.

How the time passes... Five years since your comment... I have no problem to say Kurt (and obviusly Nirvana) isn't dead. You know, when you listen to some music as it were done yesterday and you mind doesn't realize that it is from 20 years ago is because the band did something good.
