today I am sharing, healthy and nutrient dense curry leaves chutney, karuveppilai chutney recipe, easy and healthy coconut curry leaves chutney made without cooking coconut and curry leaves to preserve its nutrients. Its a perfect breakfast side dish for dosa and idli. This chutney is a great way to get some health benefits of curry leaves which has anti cancer properties, helps in iron absorption, helps to manage diabetes, helps to reduce bad cholesterol, helps to get a clear glowing skin and also prevents hair fall. So include curry leaves in your diet and enjoy its benefits in your weight loss journey.

Ingredients:
3 handful of freshly grated coconut
1/2 cup fresh curry leaves
2 green chilies
3-4 shallots
Pink himalayan salt as needed
water as needed

1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 whole Kashmiri red chilies
2-3 shallots, sliced
1 sprig of fresh curry leaves.

Wash them, dry them and then wrap them in tissue paper and put them inside a ziplock bag / air tight container. Put the bag in the crisper section of your refrigerator. Use as required.

Hi Nisha, thank you so much for all your lovely recipes. I have been following you since a long time and because of you i have shifted to coconut oil and other good and healthy food habits for my family. Even though i am an excellent cook but learning new dishes is never going to stop. I love to listen to you as you never wast time and are to the point and very resourceful. Please let me say this even though its a long note. Well actually this morning i wanted to make masala dosa and my hubby keeps saying he wants to have the traditional southindian potato masala not so spicy. I have shared many healthy snack recipes which you can have while at work. Use desi ghee in your foods (but avoid refined oils) and it will help to keep you feel fuller.
