I think World Cup should happen only once in 4 years and that should be t20 world cup as it would be the most interesting for newer audience. And , between those 4years, one Asia Cup for asian teams , Euro-Australia cup for european , Africa cup for african teams, America cup for south and north american teams should be held and winners of this should be qualified for champions trophy alongside world cup winners. This would bring competition on all the regions across globe😅❤

In CRICKET always one day wc will be the main world cup. And ICC has made a bad decision to rename world t20 to t20 world cup. World cup term must only be associated with the oneday world cup. Renaming world t20 to t20 world cup has created a problem for the main one day world cup that is the ideal format. T20 is good but is just for popularize the game of cricket but it's nowhere near to the oneday format. Because in oneday format a real world champion is fairly judged.

The main 50 over World Cup will always be the main WC..and don't mix up Champions Trophy with WC.. and T20 Test World Cup are good but not close to the main WC..but yes ICC should make the gaps longer.🙂

In my opinion no need to scrap odi wc and test championship otherwise there is no relevant for teams to play that format instead champion trophy need to abolished and t20 wc should need to conduct in 4 years.

Even Football, Basketball, Rugby and Hockey also have multiple World Cups in different formats. The only difference is that in Cricket T20 World cup is played every 2 years. WTC is played every 2 years. So because of this there’s a World Cup every year in Cricket. Football has 11s, Futsal and Beach Soccer World Cups. Rugby Union has 15s and 7s World Cup. Basketball has 5x5 World Cup and 3x3 World cup.

8:29 sabse badi problem hai ki cricket ki governing body chutiya hai icc because usko sirf paise se matlab hai and wo sport's expansion nahi kar raha. Issliye cricket viewership and talents ratio decrease kar Raha. Aur haran nahi hunga ki ek time me wc khatam hojainga aur ipl hi cricket ban jainga. Harsh reality ki agar icc kuch nahi Kiya to sports dead. And cricket me bahut time lagta hai app match dekhne baithenge 3-4 hr lagta in normal t20 match. Aur aaj kal ki generation less time me more intensity dekhna pasand karte hai .yaha bhi drawback hai apke sport's ka. Specially europe and other continent me people bahut busy rahte hai . And apka wc shuru hue may be 30-40 saal hue hai aur app itna changes karoge to app apne root of game hi hata diye. Football wc 100 saal ka hone wala hai and hamarey 90 percentage rules waho hai. To hamare roots hai. App to apne basic structure hi uda de rahe

Every year a cricket world cup is happening. So how anyone will be attracted by cricket world cup. Even most hyper football fans will be disinterested if fifa start organising football world cup every year. Icc should try to reduce playing time to 2:30 -3:00 hrs for WC matches. I think The Hundreds format introduced by ECB is a good experiment.

1. ICC Should scrap t20 world cup. 2. ICC should reduce 50 over world cup to 20 overs. 3.World cup should be played every 4 years. 4. ICC should increase 4 spots after every world cup. 5. Champions trophy should be played every two years in 50 over format. 6. Test cricket should be as it is. 7. World cup format should be group stages followed by knock outs. 8. Bilateral serieses should be reduced. 9. All ICC affiliate, associate and full member teams should play world qualifiers in their respective regions. 10. World cup hosting rights should be given through common draw.

Ban odi format and change odi wc into t20 wc at every 4 years. It will increace the excitement of cricket wc. Also ban champions trophy (useless 8 team tournament). Test wc ok but after 2031 totally scrap the odi format (😢sad but reality kills the popularity of cricket). After 2031, t20 wc will start 2034, every two year once wtc. Only 2 formats enough for cricket in this current situation also wc happen in 2 year gap period. 😊

But I have something to say. 1.Cricket should play a World Cup, it should be done every four years. 2. Cricket World Cup T20 is to be played according to rules. 3. And advertisement from cricket cannot be given in every over there can be advertisement like football game between 1st and 2nd innings. Then less time will be wasted. 4. You don't say an over in 5 balls 1 over it is not right because cricket has a tradition of 6 balls 1 over changing that will distort cricket. So it is right to make 1 over in 6 balls. I think WTC ko 2 ke bajaay 4 saal ka ho and play 10 series 5 home series and 5 away series, and on the basis of that just declare a winner no need to have a final match. Now coming back to World Cup yes one World Cup is enough and in T20 format only. If this game is needed to global then it's possible only in T20 format. Aur jo prize money hai bhale 5 million WTC winner ko dedo still 30 million will great prize money.

Frequent icc event is obviously a problem. But length of the game is not a problem. Main problem is that the new generation does not have patience and they want only and only something that is entertaining. They do not have emotions regarding their country. They cannot spend much time for a single thing. For this silly problem the main root of the game cricket cannot be changed. Test and odi are the main cricket. How come that be out of date? How can 6 balls be reduced to 5 balls per over? If this is the case, then the game as a whole must be changed. For popularity, icc must invest on various fields in various nations across the world. Prize money must be increased. But the game cannot be 'changed'.

In my opinion one wc in cricket is not good because then only top 3 team have maximum potential to win and lower team got no chance or its came After 4 yrs so 1 mischance mean wait for next 4 yrs . More than one wc increase variability in formet and increase chancees to win by a lower team ( wi have higher chance to win at t20 you know) Maybe we should make hierarchy type in odi wc is no 1 got most money and other are sec which should got 1-2 million.

Champions trophy is useless it should be sacked and the T20 WC should also be hosted in a 4 year cycle instead of 2 years also ICC shoudl organisation franchise world cup/ champion trophy just like 2009-13 it was being conducted but now in a even more big level.

Replace ODI WC with champions trophy and that should also be happening for 1 year or 8 months, like only two matches per month home n away for both teams and it should be held in between the continental champions and runner ups not among the top ranked teams. Just like WTC happens for two years and FIFA qualifications also runs for months same should go with the ODI Tournament which should be follow the same home and way matches formula for every team like FIFA WC Asian qualifiers are going on. If it is an important match of an important event then at least everyone will sacrifice a day for their nation and will watch the match which just happens on a month or two. The Qualification path also be following the same thing, All that Shit must runs along with a T20 league which also be running for 6-8 months. The only way to keep ODI alive. BTW, 5 balls per over isn't a good idea.

Cricket have different format than wc in one format is a unbiased with other formats and players and boards also ignored that format but i think champion trophy will remove their is no sense have two championship in one format and odi wc every 4 yrs and t20 wc every 2 yrs and icc test championship every 2 yrs is good

Everyone is calling 50over wc is main.. But in this upcoming genz generation you can't expect they will enjoy this type long format(but test is important for devoloping skill), and fifa planing that they reduce match time to 60 min.. Every sports reducing there time so why you expecting that new generation will enjoy 50 overs wc.. So it will be good if icc organize t20 wc in 4 year gap and champion trophy in 4 year gap.. Which will be 50 overs and ctl20 every year..

Brother champions leaugue can generate a lot of money if icc does this I think as far as champions league is concerned we shoul have 2 teams from top 8 teams and for the next 8 spots we should have qualifications round this will add teams and knockout formt ....as far as players it should be on their priorty and if one.player withdraw it from his side them that side should add player from assosiate team and there should max of 2 -3 forengers ...teams names is nit the big issue their real name emartes mumbai cape town is diffrent ....lastly champions league should be in multiple countries i.e two teams from.same league playing in one part and other teams in other part in that way there will be home and away.matches for example sdney and perth made their group with ipl psl and sat20nteam and they are playing in austrailia.and other group team.consistnl of uae sides with etc are playing and knockouts like final or semi should be in the iconic place like Melbourne,london,qatar,ahmedabad,lords,sdney,etc

Today's generation have lost their patience watching reels . Test cricket will always be best. As a cricket fan i enjoy all 3 format. If any format need change it's odi. T20 pehle hi itna chhota hai ab aur kya karna . Toss uda ke ghar chale jaye.

Your wrong about test being dead, I think it's still a premier sport, it's a format of the game which is fair to everyone involved I think test need a little bit of upgrade and that's all. And odi should be cancelled in my opinion it has too many factors like pitch and due involved in it.
