I wish there was a factory radio for this car that has an AUX input, otherwise I wouldn't be switching to an aftermarket radio

CD changer stopped working on mine. punched it a few times and it remembers what to be doing. normally only happens in extreme weather conditions high heat or super cold. got a new double din to replace it so I can listen to Pandora while driving. anyone know if the stock mounting bracket for the bose is all I need for it typically? need to know if I need to look for a universal mount.

If I connect this 6cd changer on my 2006 altima (which these 6cd chargers show they're compatible with 05 & 06 altima) but I currently have a 1cd charger model 28185 ZB10A, does it matter if my current stock radio has only 1 of those 2 harness connections on the top & still has both of the bottom connections? Or do I really need TO HAVE that second harness to connect that 2nd harness connection on the top?

just bought a 2005 nissan altima, the radio dont work. its not a stock radio, but there just no power to it, i havent taken it out yet, i did check the fuse, but you think maybe if i disconect and reconnect it the battery it could start working? hmmm...
