@@mixflip it's like a hub lock but basically disconnects the front drive line from the rest of the drivetrain so it can free wheel while in 2wd

Yups...when I was at Nissan, the "belt" inside the CVT failed on a pretty regular basis- the fix at the time was replace the trans...to be fair, Nissan was one of the first manufacturers to go CVT on the whole line-up except GTR, Frontier/Xterra/Pathfinder, TItan/Armada, and 350z/370z...an den the Pathfinder was updated 2012 or 13 with a CVT- fail brah...I think the dealership is allowed to replace components inside the CVT these days but I am still skeptical of that style trans, especially in a truck/commercial vehicle application🤣🤙

Many big companies opted to not have a booth this year. No Honda. No ford. No Ram dodge. No Chevy.

@@CCPvirus141 it costs millions to ship 20 cars across the country, millions to rent the large booths, millions to pay the employees wage, travel, hotel and food, millions in support staff and equipment (trucks fork lifts etc)… plus America is suffering from a down economy. Inflation is high. Homes are expensive. Gas is expensive. People aren’t spending money because of uncertainty around the glide. It’s just not smart to go to SEMA for many companies.

@@mixflip I see, wow I thought since car companies have been making all that revenue from the demand which they’re struggling to keep up would have enough money for these types of events. Not to mention car prices have skyrocketed.
