dont forget about the gtr's electronic stability control. without it, it wouldve been quite different in how the car reacts. the driver still handled the situation extremely well, but the car did a lot of the work as well.

I doubt he was actually calm, composed under pressure obviously, and perhaps that did save him, but his idiocy put others lives at risk. He doesn't deserve kudo's here for any! reason.

Dunlop are not the best but they are ok tires. The problem is that the tires (all tires) at that speed doesn't last very long. And probably this is not the first time he reached +300 km/h. So if he did this a few times without changing tires it's expected the tires to burst.

All I have to say is great driving so many people make the mistake of breaking way to hard. This is a very good example of exactly what to do when caught in this type of situation or even if your not doing 203 should always stay calm when a tire goes because even at low speeds shit can go bad when you just over react and slam the breaks. If I went on a ride in someone else's supercar I would ride with this person.

Это будет мой первый коммент на Ютубе... Мужик, слов нет какой ты красавец!! У меня на RX-8 (1,3, 260 л.с.) при 180 км/ч лопнуло правое заднее - не знал куда деваться и как себя вести. По итогу - кювет и средние повреждения кузова... Здесь же - чистой воды сталь и железо. Во всех твоих органах и конечностях, включая нервные узлы. "Крепче за баранку держись, шофер!!..."

wow top driving I had the same thing with cup 2's but the outcome was much different I guess it's because of the Dunlop runflats you still have a car how many miles on the tyres ? what suspension setting where you in ? (R-mode)

Like a boss!! Some knuckle head said he's lucky it was the front tire not the rear. That guy is an idiot =) On these low-pro tires with awd it doesn't really matter, its still dangerous but a front blowout is far worse then a rear blowout, simply because its attached to the STEERING!! This guy didn't get lucky, this guy has skills most will never possess!!

I know that there are SRS sensors in the front of the car, allowing the airbags to open on impact... Seeing how much and what the damage looks like - I'm curious if the airbags did blow out (probably not) and would you be able to handle the car at that speed if they did... ? :) Pretty scary thought.

It's a well balanced car. If you do this a more average car, which tuned up to reach 300kmh and didn't spend too much on suspension, you can be the best driver but more likely to crash. I think this video is more about the car than the driving skills.

Federal 595RS-R 265/35-18 у меня на 302 км\ч по жпс рванул. Причем одно колесо рвануло, а второе пришлось выкинуть через 3000 км - оно странно и неравномерно износилось после трехминутной езды 300 кмч. Сейчас у меня из этого комплекта осталось 2 колеса, и они начинают сильно бить , если хоть на секунду разогнаться до 260-ти. Потом бьют примерно полчаса и успокаиваются. Теперь больше 230-ти не езжу на всякий случай...

Dunlop GT600 top speed index is (Y) which means 186MPH/300Km/h + Maybe old tire ? Or maybe not installed correctly with low air PSI. Anyways I would still recommend Dunlop Sport MAXX GT. Otherwise you can always buy Michelin !

Nice reaction...could have been a lot worse with a flat tyre at 320+ Km/h... Next time use better tires and always double check them before going at these speeds.

If a rear tyre had gone instead of the front, the car would most likely have gone into the barriers at that speed. The driver is extremely lucky that the front tyre went out instead of a rear.

когда едешь 300+, руль приходится держать двумя руками и очень жестко. на наших дорогах нужно постоянно быть готовым к экстремальной ситуации. что собственно и произошло. рывок был приличный, это видно по индикатору ускорения. без второго колеса постоянно приходилось ловить траекторию, машина всё время стремилась к отбойнику.
