Really Bold and Sharp Design. It's Platform Brother does not make the cut. Powerplant is a Let Down. Pricing is Good. Ultimately, the Corolla Cross will be my Choice ( Service Levels and Re-sale ). Magnite will do Well.

Got a chance to test drive this car. It’s a nice car. Only issue I found was the grunt when putting the foot on the brakes at low speeds or when putting the foot off the brakes from a stop.

Oh ffs you just had to go and complicate life even more... The Sonet certainly has a nicer, more premium looking interior but the driver console with that offset screen looks so cheap in comparison its not even funny...

I love the Sonet but unless you get it for a great deal, it's considerably much more expensive than the Magnite which I feel is better compared to something like Renault Kiger

For a young lady looking for a fuel efficient everyday driving and once in year driving on the badly conditioned dirt roads of EC for a two week period. Which one would be the option to best consider between the Magnite, Kiger and Brezza?

In terms of driving on dirt roads, all the cars you mentioned will perform the same, they have nothing to aid in offroad conditions, but a test drive will make the decision very easy, because Nissan/renault in most cases have a more comfortable ride.

I'll say Kiger why? 1 ,bigger boot space 2, nice design interior 3, bigger second row kneel room 4,better ground clearance but same as magnite 5, better on fuel consumption 6, better engine performance on intern model cvt .etc.

The reason it shows mileage in km/liter is because it's made for the Indian market and also made in India and everyone here reads mileage as km per liter. Maybe Nissan should have configured the software differently for South African market.

they are in the same group in terms of size, but xuv300 is priced much higher as it has better engines and interiors

If you looking for a small vehicle that has everything and is extremely good on fuel economy.....FORD FIESTA 1.0 LITRE it cannot be beaten for fuel consumption....around 4.5 l / 100 in town ....and around 3.5 to 4 litres on the open road in ECO mode....40 litre tank.....drove from Beafort West to Cape Town ( 450 km ) at 120 in sixth gear....still had enough fuel to ride another 300 km.......

Nice car. However for fuel consumption there is no car on the market that will beat the Ford Fiesta 1.0 Litre Turbo. Looking to trade in purely because of mileage. I am currently getting around 17 km / Litre at 120 on a highway....I have looked extensively..I think I will get another Fiesta....

Their claimed milage is 20 KM/L.

@@arjunkr92 I saw that after doing some research. Maybe on a level road while keeping your speed under 100kph. Certainly not if you do trips over mountainous regions like we have here in the Western Cape and then trying to keep up with traffic on the N2 at 120... Someone needs to perform some more detailed benchmark testing.
