What if you have a 2013 Nissan pathfinder without navigation? Can you get a radio unit that has CarPlay and navigation on it and replace the factory unit with it working?

I have a 2013 Pathfinder Platinum with navigation and DVD. My head unit is the larger screen and says "type c" on the back. The 24 pin plug appears to only use about half the pins. I also have an antenna plug on the back that you appear to not have. Will this kit still work with my pathfinder? Is the wire harness on my car different for some reason?
